Recently brought in my adult tricycle and asked if there was a possibility to attach a trailer to it. I assumed they would try to find a part for it and let me know if they can order. That's what I was told at another nearby by bike store that never called me back. Trek did not find a part but they custom made one to make it possible to attach a trailer. They are such friendly staff and will be coming back for service!

Found this spot off google and I’m so happy I did! They helped me pump a bike my aunt gave me back to life, and helped me find a fitted helmet to wear. Both gentlemen that helped me were patient and kind with my new-be questions. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure I was set to go! Would 10/10 recommend for service and inventory.

This is a nice store ... customer service is excellent. I went here multiple times with service for non trek bikes at Trek Livermore (I was a bit hesitant to ask help with a non trek bike, but they welcomed me with a smile) . Technician knowledge with high end bike (and components) is better at Trek Livermore seemed better to me than a bunch of other non-Trek stores I have visited over the last decade.

I had a flat and they fit me in despite not having many folks in that day. Couldn't find whatever had punctured the tube but said to come back in for a free fix if they'd overlooked something and it went flat again.
