Best in the business! Everyone in this shop is really helpful. I had an issue with my bike saddle not locking into place, and they fixed it within minutes. Great customer service and excellent knowledge of bikes. Their dedication to helping customers means I will always buy a Trek bike.

Nice folks, brought the bike for servicing. Service was really fast and make sure you make an appointment. Rerouted the cables on my bike. And they speak English too

나의 애마 도마니에 어울리는 휠을 찾다 구매한 프린스턴 피크4550이다.
튜블리스로 세팅된 자전거는 로드 2대 풀샥 한대를 사용중인데 튜블리스로 세팅하고 문제가 된 적이 없었는데, 하루만에 공기압이 절반이하로 빠진다. 이 휠을 구매한 샵에 가도 문제해결이 시원하지가 않아, 트렉 광안점에 가서 미케닉 하시는 주임님께 부탁하여 구매한 샵에서 넣은 실란트를 닦아내고 새로 비드를 잡아 공기압을 보충하여 사용하니 모든 문제가 해결되었다.

Very pleased with the service from Trek Bath. Ordered a bicycle online on Bank Holiday Monday. I phoned on Tuesday to enquire about mudguards, which they offered to fit for me. The bike was delivered on Wednesday with full tracking information and a delivery time. Excellent service thank you.
