I had to ship an Ebike to my son in FL and had no idea how. Stopped in to ask some questions and they were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond, explaining everything. They ordered the bike box for me, disassembled and packed up the bike and even dropped it off at UPS!! They were amazing.

Absolutely unbeatable service, support and hospitality. Came to get my E-bike adjusted, and they did it for free. The mechanic Ben helped with my mom's bike, for free again for not major problems, aswell as guiding and educating me on the intricate parts.
The manager is also super helpful. They can probably fix anything, and sell you something aswell.
