Very pleased with the service from Trek Bath. Ordered a bicycle online on Bank Holiday Monday. I phoned on Tuesday to enquire about mudguards, which they offered to fit for me. The bike was delivered on Wednesday with full tracking information and a delivery time. Excellent service thank you.

25년 6월, 타지점에서 첫째 자전거 구입하고
올해 둘째 자전거도 동일지점에 구입하러갔다가 셀러의 응대가 매우 불친절해서(25년 응대 직원 아님) 강남점으로 예약하고 방문했음
자전거 타고 내리는 법, 기어 변경하는 법 등 아이에게 하나씩 교육해주시고, 자전거 관리법도 우리에게 이해하기 쉽게 설명해주심. 동시간대에 다른분들도 아이자전거 구매하는데 다른 직원분 응대하는거 보니 보편적으로 강남점 자체가 이렇게 안내해주시는거 같음 완전 감동♡
구입하면서 직원분이 교육해주시는거 가만히~ 잘~ 듣고 있는데 우리 응대해주신 직원분의 응대가 더 좋으신듯~(개취 ㅎ) 이진솔(?) 직원님 완전 최고~

Iain was so helpful with all of our questions and services needs. We are currently touring around Bath before heading off to Portugal for a 6 month cycle tour. Iain advised us what brake pads we needed as spares and supplied them, adjusted our brakes on the spot and arranged to have 2 bike boxes put away so we can pick them up later and pack our bikes to have them ready to fly. Awesome service. Thanks.
