So I turned up yesterday to the Trek Bath store to purchase myself my first full suspension E bike. Upon arrival Iain greeted me and came across as a really friendly bloke, we then talked about the options in bikes and all extra add ons I can have. I then met the boss man Phil who is another great bloke and also very friendly, two people who really bring the store to life.
So after deciding on my Trek Fuel Ex, Ian took the extra time for me running through the set up and the pressures etc so it is all ready for me to go, he even went as far as to install my bike pump to the bike for me.
All in all it was a 10/10 experience and the customer service within that store is some of the best I’ve experienced. I can’t wait to go back and service my bike for a chit chat Well done Phil, Ian & the team @ Trek Bath

I would like to compliment GeonJin Seo from Trek Bicycle Seocho outlet for his commendable service, attentiveness, helpfullness & providing the best customer service when we visited the outlet on Sunday, 14 Dec. We wanted to purchase 2 pairs of shoes but they didn't have the sizes in Trek Seocho outlet so GeonJin went out of his way to contact other outlets to check on availability. As we were only visiting Seoul from Singapore, we don't have much time there & instead of having to wait for a few days, GeoJin managed to secure the 2 pairs from 2 different outlets. He arranged for them to be sent to the Trek Gangnam outlet as we wanted to explore that area. He personally checked the shoes first when it arrived in Trek Seocho before sending them over to Trek Gangnam. Thank you GeonJin for the exceptional & warmth service.

Went in to discuss EMTBs and Ben P came and talked us through it. There wasn’t a question that was left unanswered. With exceptional knowledge of every product in the range I felt very confident within the bike I selected.
Also didn’t feel pressured into making a choice, nor felt upsold.
Overall, purchasing a bike from trek bath has been an enjoyable experience and I couldn’t recommend them enough, especially if you are fortunate of having Ben as your navigator.
