I had a TT bike and a bike box. I picked it up after they assembled it and Kim, one of the store associates, was kind enough to drive me back to the hotel as I needed to take the bike box with me that day. Amazing service and super quick!!! Highly recommended

I recently bought a bike for my daughter from West Michigan Bike and Fitness and had a fantastic experience. We worked with Randy who was knowledgable, kind, and patiently listened to my daughter explain what she was looking for. It was her first "real" bike, and he helped her find a bike that she absolutely loves.

I've just gone in Trek for a gear adjustment..The guy was extremely helpful and quickly helped me out , even pumped my tires -no hassle, very friendly too. Highly recommend

Best in the business! Everyone in this shop is really helpful. I had an issue with my bike saddle not locking into place, and they fixed it within minutes. Great customer service and excellent knowledge of bikes. Their dedication to helping customers means I will always buy a Trek bike.
