Stopped in to get my first road bike. Everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable and helpful. As a beginner it was a great place to shop and learn about my options and what was needed. Now I have a bike that is properly sized and perfect for my use.

I had to ship an Ebike to my son in FL and had no idea how. Stopped in to ask some questions and they were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond, explaining everything. They ordered the bike box for me, disassembled and packed up the bike and even dropped it off at UPS!! They were amazing.

Great shop, lots of stock including the high end bikes.
Live downhill biking on the TV which was cool, shared a drink and chatted.
They have a club ride and also share some great local rides!

I had Trek service my 30 year old bike. It came back immaculate! What I liked best was that they didn’t attempt to over-service and convince me to replace parts unnecessarily (which other bike shops had tried).

I had an exceptional experience with Trek Bicycles in Bath. From start to finish, the entire sales process was incredibly smooth, thanks to the awesome team at Trek Bath. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my purchase. They took the time to listen to my needs, provide valuable advice, and create a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Their dedication to customer care and attention to detail was evident, making the entire process an absolute breeze. I am absolutely thrilled with my new bike and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I would highly recommend Trek Bath to my friends and family without hesitation. A huge thank you to everyone who assisted me, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Your outstanding service has truly made my experience unforgettable. Thank you again! Jordan

Absolutely unbeatable service, support and hospitality. Came to get my E-bike adjusted, and they did it for free. The mechanic Ben helped with my mom's bike, for free again for not major problems, aswell as guiding and educating me on the intricate parts.
The manager is also super helpful. They can probably fix anything, and sell you something aswell.
