가장 좋은 점은 세심하게 봐주신다는 것과, 절대 과잉수리가 없으신 것이라 생각해요^^ 분당에서 자전거 수리하거나, 자전거 구매필요하시면 무조건 트랙 분당점 추천 해드립니다^^

I had a wonderful experience buying my bike from Trek Bath, I spoke to two members of staff, Oscar and Claire, both were very helpful and answered all my questions as a first time bike owner! I am so pleased with my new bike and really liked the follow up email to check I was happy with it after a few weeks. Highly recommend!

I have been using this store for a couple of years now and I can’t praise all of the staff enough. Only recently I went in to test ride a bike and consequently went ahead and bought it. Throughout the process, Oscar, Claire and Phil have been amazing. I had so many questions and they patiently took the time to run me through every answer. I just picked up the bike this week and I could not be happier.
Also important to mention all the guys in the workshop. They have now been servicing all of my bikes for the past couple of years and they are doing an amazing job. No matter how busy they are, they are always willing to help and most importantly, they do so with a smile on their faces.
I love the brand, the bikes and all of the products but I believe it’s more than just that, it’s the all experience you get and that’s only possible thanks to the people that represent the brand.
All the team in the Bath store are a true credit to the brand and I hope Trek realise how lucky it’s to have those people in their business.
I’ll most definitely be using this store for many years to come.

What can I say. Today has left me totally speechless and very grateful. My sons bike I had pre-made from an online shop became very loose and rickety on a bike ride into Bath. We were a mile from home and popped into the shop to ask for help. The gentleman behind the repairs counter immediatley sorted my sons bike for us. Free of charge. What an absolute gent! My son and I were able to continue with a lovely day out visiting Sally Lunns. Thankyou so so much. Impeccable customer service, the shop was beautifully clean and tidy and I absolutely will be visiting again to have my own bike serviced. Would give them ten stars if I could!

Just wanted to share how genuinely impressed I am with the customer service I have recently experienced @trek bicycles Bath. I was buying a bike for my son’s birthday and the team in the shop made the whole process very easy. They were happy to discuss different options and found the best bike for his needs, nothing was a problem . The bike has been amazing and I couldn’t have been happier with the level of attention and aftercare. I would highly recommend this shop and the people who work there.
