I have been using this store for a couple of years now and I can’t praise all of the staff enough. Only recently I went in to test ride a bike and consequently went ahead and bought it. Throughout the process, Oscar, Claire and Phil have been amazing. I had so many questions and they patiently took the time to run me through every answer. I just picked up the bike this week and I could not be happier. Also important to mention all the guys in the workshop. They have now been servicing all of my bikes for the past couple of years and they are doing an amazing job. No matter how busy they are, they are always willing to help and most importantly, they do so with a smile on their faces. I love the brand, the bikes and all of the products but I believe it’s more than just that, it’s the all experience you get and that’s only possible thanks to the people that represent the brand. All the team in the Bath store are a true credit to the brand and I hope Trek realise how lucky it’s to have those people in their business. I’ll most definitely be using this store for many years to come.
