5* service from all at Trek Bath. I've been considering a road bike upgrade for some time, so I headed to the Trek shop to check out options last month. Phil talked me through a few bikes - both on-sale 2025 models and new 2026 models. I was invited to take an in-stock bike out for a test ride, which was unexpected and definitely helped me navigate the choices. I was kept updated through the ordering process and the bike arrived ahead of schedule. The team did a great job assembling the bike and fitting it out with the accessories I'd bought too. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I'd highly recommend paying a visit for any bike-related needs. I'm delighted with the bike itself, and the whole buying experience was a pleasure. Thanks to Phil, Ian and co!

I purchased a new Trek FX6 at WMB this year. The bike is the nicest I've ever owned and is a dream to ride. After the sale I had questions and needed a few accessories, visited the store and talked with Aaron, who was eager to help and knowledgeable. All my concerns were addressed and I left with a couple great products and a better understanding of the mechanics of my particular bike and how to get the most enjoyment from it. The WMB store is attractive and well staffed, with some really great product, I highly recommend.
