Hollie was amazing. I am trying to modify my bike to add a battery and i was trying to get the disc brake mechanism off my wheel. She showed me that i was using the wrong tool and provided support to me to assist me with taking it off. We then put it on the new wheel together. She was calm and supportive throughout with nothing too much trouble. Thanks again hollie!

I had to ship an Ebike to my son in FL and had no idea how. Stopped in to ask some questions and they were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond, explaining everything. They ordered the bike box for me, disassembled and packed up the bike and even dropped it off at UPS!! They were amazing.
