I bought a bicycle, and the staff kindly accommodated even my detailed requests. The shop is directly connected to the Han River, so I could ride my new bike right after purchasing it — that was great! All the employees were very friendly.

We initially went there to talk to them about getting emtbs a few months ago and Iain took the time to talk us though the specs and what to look for as we didn’t know what we wanted spec wise and new or used.
We got some second hand bikes and took my bike to them for a full service and a check over. Ben over looked my bike when I arrived and talked me though the levels of services thy provide and what he recommends plus things I wanted done.
A few bits needed doing that we didn’t plan for and they rang me right away with the problem and a price that was better than rrp for the product and I went ahead.
I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone needing anything doing to their bikes, the service is second to none and the staff go above and beyond to help!

Mi mujer y yo paramos aquí durante nuestro viaje por Korea, necesitábamos un casco nuevo para nuestra bici para llevárnoslo a Canadá. Mr. Lee nos ayudó en todo momento y nos hizo muy buen precio para nuestro casco, estuvimos hablando con el y hasta nos regaló dos calcetines para mí mujer y para mí, sin duda el trato por parte de Mr. Lee fue excelente. Went in for a new stem to be fitted, it was still covered by the warranty so wasn't only free, but I got a slightly upgraded version. Very quick and helpful
