The guys down at Trek in Sinsa are true professionals. They take pride in their work, are knowledgeable about their craft, and provide a level of customer support and coaching that you need in you bike repair partner. It’s easy to sell amateur riders repairs they don’t need but these men are professionals and tailor their services to their customer. I’ve been visiting them for all of my maintenance since moving to Korea and couldn’t be happier. Keep it up gentlemen!

I called a few shops looking for a specific bike, and the guys at the Holland location of West Michigan Bike & Fitness were by far the most helpful. I recently stopped in WMBF to check out a new Trek fat bike that the stores website had listed for the best deal I could find both online and locally. Aaron greeted me as soon as I entered the store and helped get down the bike I was interested in. He answered all my questions with expertise and was clearly passionate about bikes. I loved the no pressure sales approach and all the great advice. I bought the bike and the techs promptly went through it by adjusting everything to my height and weight. This was my first purchase from the store, but I will definitely be back for more bike gear when I need it. I got the bike through the trails today and it is a fantastic machine.
