트렉코리아가 들어오기전 10여년전 구입한 트렉 MTB를 현재도 보유하고 있는데 그럼에도 정비나 수리를 잘 해주시는 트렉에 대해 좋은 경험이 있어 조카 아동용 자전거를 트렉에서 구입하게 되었습니다.
피팅과 주행 관리에 대한 설명은 기함급 구매에 비해 떨어지지 않게 자세히 설명해주셔서 역시나 좋은 구매였습니다.
광진점도 생각보다 매장이 크고 멋지게 구성되있어 만족스러웠습니다.
계선던 직원 3분 모두가 매우 친절하였고 이날의 주인공인 초등학생 조카도 친절에 감동 받았는지 입구앞에 있던 고객의견(?) 엽서에 감사 편지를 직접 써서 줬네요 :)
앞으로도 자전거를 트렉을 구매하게 되는 좋은 경험이 계속되었습니다.

처음에 제 실수로 오해가 있었어요. 그것도 모르고 제가 기분이 언잖음을 표시했는데 그럼에도 당황하지

Iain was brilliant and greatly helped with my bike purchase today ahead of a long touring journey.
He was very patient and knowledgable on all the different options available, helped with test riding some bikes, the types of accessories and the pro’s and con’s of choices I had at different specs.
