Great, long-lasting quality frames, plenty of upgradable options and the best staff with their warmest attitude, always ready to serve and help. Especially the English speaking young man, deserves extra credit for not only helping foreign customers, but his sales passion is "all over the place". Totally recommended for anyone who wants to purchase a bike that will be well taken care of.

Simply put, all the team are super friendly, have a real interest in delighting their customers and offer knowledgable advice - and the bike servicing and customer care is up there with the best. The store is in a great location, with easy parking and a brilliant selection of bikes and a quality range of products. Seriously worth a visit, if you’ve not been there yet!

Being a big chap I had an initial chat with Calvin on the phone and told him my requirements he pointed me in the direction of the "bike locator" on the website (I needed an XL e-bike) I tracked one down in Sheffield and gave them a call...both shops worked together and it was delivered to Bath, Trek Bath rebuilt the bike and found a small manufacturing "defect" with an internal cable so called (apologised) and sent away for a new component to enable a fitting in house.
On the day of collection Calvin spent 50 minutes going through the various options and explained in full...in his own words he could have talked all day about the product he was brilliant.
I then asked for a few added extras which where all fitted before I left.
I can honestly state this is the best customer experience I have ever had...superb!
And you get a free service...if like me you are tempted to go over to an e-bike or indeed any bike give the team a call I can assure you you will be treated well...and there are NO idiot questions and you don't have to be an experienced rider.
