Dropped into the store after work on my way home after seemingly getting a puncture. The manager and technician kindly accommodated my last minute visit despite being right at the end of the day and they managed to solve the issue super quickly and it was a great experience. It turned out the 3rd party company that sold me/ assembled the bike prior to delivery didn’t secure the valve correctly and there was no puncture but instead a leak. The technician checked for a puncture anyway, checked and corrected the front wheel for the same reason, and even tightened another thing that was loose on assembly. No unnecessary work completed and a thorough explanation of the issue and remedy. No charge involved either despite them taking the time to check and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I will definitely return for future service and maintenance. Thank you!
