Had fantastic customer service with Trek. I can't recommend them enough. All the staff were friendly and really knowledgeable about all their bikes and helped me work out the best option for me. The bike is super and a pure joy to ride. They knew all the ins and outs of child seat and rack options and looked into it more for me and spent time explaining it all to me. They helped me after my bike was stolen and were so patient with giving me advice on locks and insurance. And a welcoming coffee and chill out area while you watch how they're fixing the bike. Love this place!!

This store has amazing customer service! They helped diagnose my touring bike and led me to a shop that could repair it with the correct parts (since it’s not a trek bike). I would return for trek related bike needs.

Overall I was very impressed by my interaction with Trek First of all, I was very impressed by the friendly, knowledge and helpful staff I encountered in the Bath Trek shop. All my questions and queries were answered, even the stupid ones :-)A very useful service from my perspective was being able to take an e-bike away for the weekend to try it out. It was going to be a large purchase, so being able to try, cost free before purchase, the bike I was considering buying was most appreciated.I'll not hesitate recommending Trek Bath in future.

우연히 근처 볼일로 들렀다 자덕으로써 트렉을 지나치기 어렵더라구요. 근데 예상외로 너무 넓고 쾌적한 매장에 다양한 자전거, 부품, 용품까지 한시간은 넘게 구경하다 결국 뽐뿌에 라파 의류 구매하였네요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ직원분께서 너무 친절하시고 편안하게 해주셔서 종종 들릴 계획입니다!!
