Superb after sales / technical / workshop service: Always incredibly helpful, efficient and courteous. Always able to get the bike in promptly (but remember they are closed Mondays). So pleased with my Trek electric bike purchase and with all the support from the Trek branch in Bath. Great great service. Thank you.

Just picked up my new E-Bike earlier today and couldn't be happier. Phil and Ben have been incredibly helpful and answered all my silly questions professionally. I'd pay extra money to buy the bike for the service I received. So much better than anonymous online shopping. They did price match it as well though, so cheap price and great service. They found the perfect fit and helped me with extras. They were even understanding when my toddler turned the place upside down. Top quality!
