Excellent service from Hayden and the rest of the team. Took my bike in for servicing and the whole experience was great. The store communicates well and is open to answer questions (I'm fairly new to cycling).

I've the same experience with staff as before. Definitely one of the best bike shops I've used.
It's worth considering that the staff knew up front I wasn't going to be spending anything on the day.
Staff were kind, well informed and balanced while guiding me through product options.
My current ride is less that 2 years old and apart from needing a good clean perfectly fine. I needed a replacement helmet, additional lights etc and some other equipment.
Best customer service I've had in a few years!
If you are looking for a car or cycling gear go here first - you may not need the car after all and you'll probably get treated better here.
