Update October 23. I've the same experience with staff as before. Definitely one of the best bike shops I've used. It's worth considering that the staff knew up front I wasn't going to be spending anything on the day. Staff were kind, well informed and balanced while guiding me through product options. My current ride is less that 2 years old and apart from needing a good clean perfectly fine. I needed a replacement helmet, additional lights etc and some other equipment. Best customer service I've had in a few years! If you are looking for a car or cycling gear go here first - you may not need the car after all and you'll probably get treated better here.
