I was welcomed upon entering and the salesperson was very helpful and knew all about my bike. I was given an estimate and received a notice that my bike was ready within two days.The estimate was spot on. These people know what they are talking about and my experience was wonderful. If and when I need a new bike or service, I will return to this business.

I highly recommend the guys at Trek Gwangan. I have been bike packing in Korea for the last 2 weeks and After more than 1200km my bike, and particularly the rear hub, was in a very bad state and need of a check. The service provided by Yuan was nothing short of amazing. He degreased and cleaned the pawls and the cogs of the rear cassette and put everything back together in not time. My bike now runs as brand new! Thank you for your amazing service and friendly approach!

Two years ago I purchased an Electra Townie and love it, I use the assist going up hills. I finally talked my husband into an electric assist bike, got him a Denago and he loves it too. West MI bike did a great job, answered all of our questions, no pressure to buy. They made sure both times we had the bike we were comfortable with and made sure we knew how to take care of it.
