I am not a serious cyclist and have an e-bike, (bought elsewhere regrettably!), for getting around town and to work. I use Trek for servicing and help when I have a puncture or need the brakes tightened. They are always friendly and welcoming and know me by name. Ian and his colleagues in the workshop are always ready to help and I never feel daft for bringing them even the smallest issue. They are passionate about bikes and cycling and happy to share advice and great ideas along with a good cup of coffee. It's fab to see this level of customer service still exists, thank you!

트렉 자전거의 기어가 제대로 작동하지 않아서 방문 했는데, 기어의 연결선이 녹이 슬었다고 진단하여 교체를 진행하였습니다. 추가로 타이어 공기압과 브레이크를 서비스로 체크하여 주었습니다. 일부 잘못된 조립부분도 발견하여 시정하여 주었고 직원들 모두 밝은 표정으로 즐겁게 일하여 고마움과 신뢰를 더한것 같습니다. 정비후 새자전거가 된 기분입니다. 대박나세요!

We had a great experience! We felt comfortable asking questions (we are not cycling experts), but also understood that we were given expert guidance on our purchases. We were able to ride the bikes freely to get a sense of the fit and comfort. Geoff was very knowledgeable and the process was very easy.
