The guys at West Michigan Cycle (Holland) were easy to talk with about all my issues I had on my bike. I had an issue that was found after I left the shop and they called me before doing the service work on it. They wanted to make sure I knew about it and also wanted it done at this time. Thanks guys!

Great service, we got to test a bike for 2hours and the demo bikes were super high quality ! I ride a lot and to be honest, the price/quality ratio on the demo model is unmatched ! The battery lasts for 3-4 hours of mountain tour and the bike feels super smooth !
