Very helpful workshop! Sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference. I was just missing a special wavy washer to get a crankset together, so phoned on the off-chance, and straight away the technician (Ian) stopped his task and went to rummage though his bits-and-bobs box to find one. Great service, appreciated.

Great business with 3 locations. I used the Grandville and Holland stores with my e-bike purchase and am very happy. All employees were friendly and took the time I needed for questions and later adjustments.
