We called ahead and spoke to Phil about buying two FS 4 Powerfly equipped bikes. Phil was both knowledgeable and professional and I quickly though he was someone to trust. We visited the Bath store following the call where the welcome was warm, drinks offered on arrival and Phil spent time to get to know us and our riding habits and advised accordingly. We appreciated his honestly in assessing some of the product and the time he gave us to make sure we got the best bikes and accessories for our needs. Bikes are ordered with delivery expected in about 2 - 3 weeks. Will update once we have them to review.

I have to say what a great customer experience from Trek Bath..had issues with my Trek Domane seat post and brakes just before a major event and they have sorted everything straight away. Such a friendly and thorough team..couldn't be more helpful from the moment I phoned. They were happy to fix things on the spot as I had to travel quite far to see them. Thoroughly recommend them for any bike..mechanics are excellent, prices are reasonable and the coffee and chat even better thanks again team Trek

The guys at West Michigan Cycle (Holland) were easy to talk with about all my issues I had on my bike. Great service, we got to test a bike for 2hours and the demo bikes were super high quality ! I ride a lot and to be honest, the price/quality ratio on the demo model is unmatched ! The battery lasts for 3-4 hours of mountain tour and the bike feels super smooth !
