Have popped in a couple of times for various problems: once when I rounded a bolt like an absolute dunce whilst replacing a brake pad ‍♂️(they drilled it out for me ), and another time when me rear hub was making some concerning noises (they assessed the bike and told me what need fixed next time I went to a bike shop as I was/am moving away), both times free of charge. Super friendly and knowledgable shop, and I’m sad I won’t get to patronise it in future. Whilst there are other great shops in Bath (Weston Cycles are great), I don’t think any are as welcoming as the trek store, and I’d recommend in a heartbeat to any new, possibly slightly nervous riders.
