Bought the bike a few months ago and asked for it to be prepped before my holiday. They pretty much dropped everything to get that done for me within a few days. Its an expensive bike so I thought it was just to get the sell. A few months on, fitted a new light today and needed it programmed in. Made a phone call, was told they could do it today and yet again they couldnt be more helpful. 100% recommend, great store and a credit to Trek customer service.

사실 자전거 구매는 트렉 강동점(구 올림피아바이크)에서 했했고 그쪽에서 관리도 받아왔는데,
매장 이전 후 새로 오신 점장님인지 직원분인지
너무 불친절하고 불쾌한 응대로 다신 가고 싶지 않아져서
(내 돈 내고 수리or구매를 하는데 왜 눈치를 봐야하는지..)
찾아보고 송파점으로 갔는데
정말 좋고 대만족 했습니다.
앞으로도 송파점으로만 다닐 생각입니다
