I ordered a full 105 groupset for my Condor Fratello through Trek. All parts were specified by myself after my own research; bottom bracket type, crank length, cassette range, etc.
When the order arrived and Trek started fitting the groupset, they noticed I'd ordered incompatible brakes for the mounts on my bike. The new brakes were flat mount whereas I had post mount and IS mount. These were new concepts to me, but it meant fitting was not possible. Ben, one of the bike technicians was not phased by this. He really helped me out. Using his vast knowledge of brake adapters, he carefully explained to me the issue and suggested a few possible solutions. I ordered a set of adapters he recommended from a third-party company in Canada. Once they arrived, I handed them to Trek and they were able to successfully fit the brakes!
With Ben and the team at Trek's help, my 5 year old bike has been revitalised with a new groupset.

They're great very helpful. They will search for what you want and get it in as soon as they can. You could wait a min due to supply issues but they'll get it. Some of the best bikes I have road. Photo to come as soon as my bike is in.

The bearings were shot on my powerfly 4. Bal had a look and deconstructed the rear hub eventually replacing the wheel. the whole job is on warranty with zero hassle. The service and attitude of the staff here is probably the best i have ever received anywhere for anything. They are genuinely there to help you and make the whole experience rewarding. i cant recommend this cycle shop more than that. go there! by your bike there and get it serviced there. If you get to meet Bal in service , stick with him, he's generous with his time and knowledge.
P.S highly recommend the powerfly range.

Quality products and very helpful service. I have bought accessories here for years and recently bought a bike. Every time I visit, someone listens and spends the time needed to help me get exactly what I need. I plan to buy another bike here and more accessories as well. Buying local feels great, especially when the products and service are of high quality.
