Just wanted to give monarch roofers a great review. Fernando was the best and Ultimate professional I’ve ever had at my house. He was punctual and very attuned to my needs and my concerns for my roof. He took his time and did not rush. I would recommend monarch roofing to anyone..

Our initial meeting with Monarch was with Tre Capp. He explained every aspect of the process to our roof replacement . We asked for additional services to replace rotted trim around our windows & garage as well as the installation of gutter screens.
Monarch also helped us with our insurance claim. Michael Reiss has been in constant communication and has been helpful in managing our expectations.
Where the rubber meets the road is with the installation team led by Austyn Bostwick. Communication was daily and frequent. As we were away during the installation it was comforting to know how things were progressing. At the end of the project Austyn and I did a walkthrough via FaceTime. The work product was first class and the attention to detail from screening the landscaping to leaving the property without any concern was first rate.

Oscar and Mike are my hero’s! I was driving out of Ridgeland when my car breaks down these two gentlemen hop out of their truck to check on me and when I explain what happened without hesitation they both PUSHED my car uphill to the local Ridgeland automotive! These men were so calm, cool, and collected while I was beyond stressed and assured me they’d get my car to the shop. I did not need a new roof but after seeing how helpful and attentive these guys were I think I’ll reconsider! You guys clearly go above and beyond! I’m telling everyone I know about my wonderful experience with Monarch and I haven’t even bought a roof yet! Thank you guys again!
