A 10/10 experience today! I walked in as a new patient this morning, and Emily provided the best care. Everyone at this location is so wonderful and sweet! I’m so happy to have a primary care provider that cares. I’m so thankful to have met Emily today and have had all of my questions and concerns answered. I can only say great things about this practice. Especially Beth Norton. She is amazing! I came in with multiple concerns and she not only listened to me but she took my concerns seriously and actually CARED! She got down to the route of the problem and after few months of her care supplements she recommended I feel like a brand new person. Her team is also very nice and accommodating. I would recommend her to every family member and friend I have. If I could give her and her team 10 stars I would.

All the providers are extremely thorough and take the time to educate. I am always able to make an appointment within reasonable time frame. They are also great for same day appointments when we have an urgent need. I fully trust Beth Norton with my health!

The only practice I truly trust! I have been a patient for years and they are the only ones who seem to care about me as a person and HEAR what I am saying. They donot push medications at me and I appreciate the alternative approach to medicine such as vitamins. I highly recommend this practice.

I have gone to Dr John for about 5 years, in that time I have found him to ALWAYS be top notch in patient care! He looks for not only the most immediate issues but also tries to help in a more holistic way. I would (and do) recommend him to anyone looking for a PCP who consistently goes the extra mile. Also scheduling with him is super easy and convenient!

Excellent care. I felt so bad with a nagging cough. My husband begged me to forego the Power Nap and be seen at our local Urgent
Care. I listened. Dr. John has great bedside manner. He heard my issues and with a state of calm he competently shared information about my concerns and commenced to do a thorough check-up. The X-rays were done on site, and a diagnosis was made. It would have been so much worse if I had not of dragged myself into Urgent Care. I am so thankful for such amazing attention to me and my health situation. I was treated and made to feel comfortable with a blanket upon request. All staff from entry to exit were caring and accommodating. I’m back and forth between two residences in two different states, and Dr. John will always be my doctor of choice if I need one while in NC. The location is great and the office is neat and clean. No long wait for individualized good care. Thank you kindly to Heritage, and I would recommend him/them for anyone looking for Urgent or Primary Care..
