Kelly my PA is awesome, she is very thorough, professional, and listens. She also seems very knowledgeable as well. The office staff are always nice. Delanie is great too. Sometimes you you have to hold a while when calling in. But that’s because they are busy.

What an awesome and rewarding experience in visiting Heritage Urgent and Primary Care! From the start I saw Rita and developed my health care plan with Rita. Everything I had neglected due to putting my kids first began to catch up with me health wise has been addressed by Rita.
I have been referred out to a specialist due to Rita's careful eye and knowledge and it has been a game changer.
I highly endorse Rita! She not only is very professional, knowledgable, highly skilled, but she truly listens and cares!
Rita takes on a partnership with you to address your medical concerns and she is superb with being preventative!
I will not seek out other health care since discovering this truly remarkable lady!

Staff was welcoming, tentative. The provider, Kelly and her assistant Auburn were very thorough. I even got a call checking to see how I was feeling a few days after appointment. Highly recommend Heritage !

I’m so thankful for my PA Wendell and his team. He diagnosed me with pneumonia and got me straight to the ER /ICU bc I was in really bad shape. I was actually in sepsis and could have died. So I really owe it all to him for saving my life!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I developed an infection on Friday evening. We arrived at the facility at 9 AM, where I was seen and treated promptly. Wendell John is very knowledgeable, efficient, and he has an excellent bedside manner. He did a minor procedure, followed up with an antibiotic shot and prescriptions for pain meds and antibiotics, and we were out in less than 90 minutes. We highly recommend this practice, and we will return if we need further urgent care. Thank you so very much.

First I would like to thank Elizabeth Norton she has truly given me my life back!
I was first diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy in 2019 and it has progressed since then to the point where it was extremely painful to walk, drive, stand for any period of time or even cook diner. I started seeing Elizabeth in January of this year and she persuaded me to go on peptide injections. I started them in May and noticed a slight difference right away. I have now been on them for almost three months and the difference is incredible. I no longer have the terrible joint pain and can walk without much pain at all. I am also driving again and feel like I’m getting my independence back. It’s awesome!! She has also treated me for many other issues which are also being resolved. If she has to refer you to a specialist it it always done the same day. She is truly a wonderful person and a great doctor and the staff is just as amazing.

Beth and her team at Heritage Urgent and Primary care are amazing! A good friend of mine encouraged me to find a provider that would look at the whole picture and knew Beth so I scheduled time with her to meet and she has been absolutely amazing!! You can tell she cares about her patients well being and wants to help them solve the sometimes puzzle your health issues can be. Not only is she a great provider, but she and her staff are very responsive. If you have questions, it is easy to get them on the phone or email them through the portal and they are responsive. If you need a provider who can think outside of the box and listen and have a provider/patient partnership, this is your place! I have already appreciated the care so much from them. I have seen multiple providers there as well when Beth was out or I was making a same day appointment and they have all been 5 star providers. I trust everyone there and that’s a rare gem to find! Don’t think twice if you are looking for a new provider.

I have been a patient of Beth Norton and the team in Wake Forest since we moved to NC from NY 2.5 years ago. She is by far the best primary care provider I have ever had!
She answers my messages promptly in the follow my health app (even on weekends) and she has always given me and my wife the best care. I have never felt better due to the life changes she recommended I do and I am truly thankful for your care and guidance!!!

Very friendly & attentive! I usually see Rita and I love her, but all the providers here are great! Sometimes there’s a little bit of a wait when you’re doing a same day urgent visit but the quality care they provide is worth the wait! Thanks for always taking such good care of me.

Beth is a wonderful provider who also takes a western medicine approach with supplementation and has had great success with patients.
