I was very happy with the help from Heritage Urgent Care. PA Parrella and their assistant. I had an allergic reaction to something. Hopefully I do not need to visit urgent care in the future but if I do I will go to this place.

This is a different type of medical office. After being gas-lit by so many doctors in the past, I feel truly listened to by Dr. John. I have answers, a treatment plan and most importantly...validation. The staff, lab tech, and nurses are also wonderful and you can tell they love their jobs.

I will definitely recommend Heritage Urgent Care in Raleigh to my family and friends. My daughter needed a TB screen right away to volunteer at the hospital for school. I called around but this place not only gave us an appointment right away, the customer service was the best out of all the places that I called. We got seen right away after arrival and were out out quickly. We went back to get it read and received same great service. Mind you we drove from Wake Forest to this place and will definitely do it again. Thank you.

The PAs that I’ve seen in your office have been so great. I usually see Taylor or Kelly. They are very thorough and always take time to answer any questions that I have. Taylor ran additional labs and found underlying thyroid issues that my previous PCP had missed for years. In the past, I’ve been put off saying that I have premenopausal symptoms. Always friendly staff and clean office.

I went without an appointment for a medical issue on a Monday morning. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. They did make me wait in the waiting room or when I was brought to a room. Staff promptly came in to ask questions and check my vitals. Kelly came in shortly after to ask questions and assess my condition. She ordered an xray which prompted her to suggest a visit to a specialist. Kelly listened to me and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She called in a prescription that ultimately remedied my condition.
The following week I went back to see Kelly for a physical. She was thorough and suggested additional physician services. Again, that day I had an appointment and was in and in less than 45 minutes including bloodwork. Kelly is exceptional at what she does. Her bedside manner is exactly what I needed to feel at ease.
I recommend Heritahe urgent care yo anyone who has a medical situation or to someone looking for a primary provider. I am very happy to have found a place and staff that put patient needs first.

Kelly my PA is awesome, she is very thorough, professional, and listens. She also seems very knowledgeable as well. The office staff are always nice. Delanie is great too. Sometimes you you have to hold a while when calling in. But that’s because they are busy.

What an awesome and rewarding experience in visiting Heritage Urgent and Primary Care! From the start I saw Rita and developed my health care plan with Rita. Everything I had neglected due to putting my kids first began to catch up with me health wise has been addressed by Rita.
I have been referred out to a specialist due to Rita's careful eye and knowledge and it has been a game changer.
I highly endorse Rita! She not only is very professional, knowledgable, highly skilled, but she truly listens and cares!
Rita takes on a partnership with you to address your medical concerns and she is superb with being preventative!
I will not seek out other health care since discovering this truly remarkable lady!
