Heritage Urgent Care is SO great! I feel so welcomed by ALL the staff every time I come for any sort of problem. I have gone to other places for healthcare and feel like other providers are in robot mode and don't actually hear me. However, here at Heritage, they listen to my concerns and treat me so well! I highly recommend this place for urgent care AND primary care visits!

I want to give the Heritage Urgent and Primary Care facility in Wake Forest a huge shout out! From the time I walked in and was received by Laura at the front desk to Mariah (Medical Assistant) in the exam room to take my vitals and then by Taylor (PA) to finalize my examination for a foreign body that was in my right eye (eye redness and very irritated that needed to be flushed out), they all were so personable, professional and caring; Taylor advised me step-by-step of what she was going to do. She also provided me with a referral to a Saturday optometrist eye center in case I wasn’t able to be seen by my ophthalmologist. I highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone who may need care that doesn’t require visiting a Hospital Emergency Room; you will not be disappointed! Thank you Laura (great conversationalist), Mariah (very patient) and Taylor (extremely caring).

Dr. John is really good at listening to my concerns and taking the time to answer whatever questions that I have. I never feel rushed when I'm in the office. He has very practical advice and is a straight shooter, which I really appreciate. All of the nurses have excellent demeanors as well, particularly Cameron. Everyone is always friendly and easy to talk to.

I have never had a better Primary Care Physician than Dr. Wendell John. He is patient, knowledgeable and actually listens! He has managed to catch things that my previous primary care physicians at some of the bigger medical groups never caught nor did they take the time to listen. And he ALWAYS follows up with your health. Because of him I am more in control of my health and future. If you are looking, stop! This is where you should be.

I received my first of many future IV Vitamin infusions at Heritage Urgent and Primary Care. Wow what a difference. Went in feeling tired and dehydrated with joint pain. Left feeling like a new person. Thank you Dr. Wendell John for your amazing advice and whole person integrative approach to my health including my Dutch test and hormone replacement. I feel like a new person. Will be back soon.

If you want to be HEARD about your healthcare needs and concerns, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!! The providers are so knowledgeable, and they have never wasted my time. I see Taylor and she has been so kind and caring every step of the way from life-long heath issues to increasing my overall general health and helping me achieve those goals! It's been the most enjoyable and comfortable experience I've ever had at a doctor's office!!

Heritage has been wonderful as my primary care! Taylor Heath has been attentive and has walked me through each step to help alleviate some of my nerves. Mariah always makes me feel comfortable as she takes my vitals and blood draws. The front desk is so welcoming and friendly. Laura and Harley made me feel right at home throughout the check- in process. Great environment for families and great staff!

Heritage Urgent and Primary care is unlike any other doctors office! You feel that the minute you step into the door! Beth Norton not only takes the time to listen, she asks and answers any and all questions/concerns. She does not make you feel rushed. It obvious that she and her staff are passionate about each patient and will explore all avenues to get them healthy and back on track! My entire family( including my parents) are under the care of Beth.

After quite a few visits, I can say this is an AWESOME Primary and Urgent Care! Definitely bring your family here! The staff are all kind and welcoming, the office is professionally managed, and the providers are knowledgeable and helpful. The office manager Erika is wondeful! I went to HUC this past week and was very sick with Covid and pneumonia. I was scared and needed help. My primary care doc would only do a televisit which was no help at all. They were so wonderful. They immediately did a chest X-ray in the office. I was offered an IV therapy treatment, which was exactly what I needed to get my body back to be able to heal. They prescribed the correct medicine and came up with a plan to ensure I was on the right path to get better. I was so scared I would have to go to ER. With Beth and her staffs care I didn’t have to. If you have any hesitation -dont! Also, take advantage of the iv therapy. It saved my life. Thank you!

Beth and Taylor are our primary care doctors for our family. Both of them spend time listening to our concerns and they work to find they root of the issue not just treat the symptoms. We have always been able to get in quickly and even when they tell us an hour for walk in it's usually much faster!

My husband established care with Sean Thompson, PA on a somewhat emergent basis after not being able to get in with his regular primary care doctor that he's had for 30 years. We were both so impressed with Sean and the office itself that before we left we signed forms to release all records from the former PCP to Heritage and made Sean his new provider.. My husband does not impress easily so the fact that he did that should be a testament to this practice!

Erika Arvidson is incredible. She gave me outstanding service. I have felt so much trepidation in considering a new doctor, but she was so lovely to speak with in every encounter and eased my fears. She also never made me wait! It’s rare to find a doctor's office these days that combine such personal care for a new patient. She truly gave outstanding quality care and service. I highly recommend you visit their office, especially if you are sick of dealing with doctors that lack staff with good bedside manners!

Yesterday I had a minor accident with a chain saw that could have been worse! I'm so happy that heritage urgent care was lest then 5 minutes from my home the staff was great... Due to my injuries I needed about 11 stitches they fix me up just fine and gave me instructions... I was very happy with the service and their professionalism
