Beth Norton PA-C and the staff at Heritage Urgent Care are amazing. My son, who was very sick with mononucleosis while away at college had been seen by 3 other providers in Virginia at local urgent cares as well as a providee at student health services at the college where he attends. Despite 4 interactions with other providers he basically was told to “ let it run its course”. He did not improve and returned home for the weekend very sick with ongoing high fevers and dehydration, among other symptoms. He was seen and treated promptly by Beth and her staff at Heritage UC with IV fluids, pain medication, vitamin therapy and antibiotics for a co-existing ear infection that was not diagnosed by the previous providers. Shortly thereafter he began to feel better. The extra time and attention he received at Heritage Urgent Care made all the difference. I highly recommend Heritage Urgent Care and Primary Care.

Dr Wendell and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful. You can tell they really care about helping people feel better. Dr Wendell listened attentively and gathered as much background info as possible to make his assessments. Will definitely visit again if needed! Thanks heritage!!

Dr. John is amazing! Never had a traditional doctor mention root cause. He really listens and wants to help and not write a prescription and send you on your way. The staff is also geat!

The best thing I have done for myself in recent years is leaving Duke Primary Care and going to Heritage Primary Care. For the first time in years I have a plan to get my autoimmune disorders in check and in the first week I am already feeling better. Thank you for hearing me, helping me identify what I need to get my body back on track and looking at my problems holistically!!

I love Heritage! The doctors truly care about you and do everything they can to try and find the root cause of your medical issues. I’ve never had doctors spend so much time really listening to me and all of my concerns like they do here at heritage. I’m so glad I found them and recommend them to all my family and friends.

Came in already to their urgent care with a walk-in (was seen within the hour) after having successfully testing negative of Covid (they didn’t ask me to I just wanted to be polite and not spread it if I was positive). Tested negative of flu and Strep but the doctor there quickly diagnosed me with tonsillitis and his prescribed medication made me feel better precisely when he said it would. I still have my PCP but this will DEFINITELY be my urgent care go to going forward :). Normally I dislike the quality of service at urgent cares but they were great.

Had a diagnoses from a minuteclinic, came here for a follow check-up from a recommendation. They then proved the diagnoses wrong and helped me get the correct treatment! Everyone there was lovely and made room for me in their schedule as I was a walk in.

Taylor rocks, she has helped me in the last few months feel better than I have in a while!! Brittany (all of the other nurses too) make me feel at ease when I come in! Heritage urgent care is like family now. Highly recommend them for primary care needs!!
