I have been a patient at Heritage Urgent and Primary care for over five years and I have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, efficient and every provider I have met with always takes time to listen and explain everything clearly. All of my health needs are met and I have never felt better. I went to HUC this past week and was very sick with Covid and pneumonia. I was scared and needed help. My primary care doc would only do a televisit which was no help at all. They were so wonderful. They immediately did a chest X-ray in the office. I was offered an IV therapy treatment, which was exactly what I needed to get my body back to be able to heal. They prescribed the correct medicine and came up with a plan to ensure I was on the right path to get better. I was so scared I would have to go to ER. With Beth and her staffs care I didn’t have to. If you have any hesitation -dont! Also, take advantage of the iv therapy. It saved my life. Thank you!

Beth and Taylor are our primary care doctors for our family. Both of them spend time listening to our concerns and they work to find they root of the issue not just treat the symptoms. We have always been able to get in quickly and even when they tell us an hour for walk in it's usually much faster!

My husband established care with Sean Thompson, PA on a somewhat emergent basis after not being able to get in with his regular primary care doctor that he's had for 30 years. We were both so impressed with Sean and the office itself that before we left we signed forms to release all records from the former PCP to Heritage and made Sean his new provider.. My husband does not impress easily so the fact that he did that should be a testament to this practice!

The office staff was very nice and efficient and provided great care during my visits. Dr. Wendell John was very detailed and took time to review my testing results. He was organized and had notes to discuss with me and a recommendation plan. I really appreciate the time he took to answer any questions I had. Thank you for your care and attention.

Erika Arvidson is incredible. She gave me outstanding service. I have felt so much trepidation in considering a new doctor, but she was so lovely to speak with in every encounter and eased my fears. She also never made me wait! It’s rare to find a doctor's office these days that combine such personal care for a new patient. She truly gave outstanding quality care and service. I highly recommend you visit their office, especially if you are sick of dealing with doctors that lack staff with good bedside manners!

Yesterday I had a minor accident with a chain saw that could have been worse! I'm so happy that heritage urgent care was lest then 5 minutes from my home the staff was great... Due to my injuries I needed about 11 stitches they fix me up just fine and gave me instructions... I was very happy with the service and their professionalism

I saw Taylor Heath for urgent care and loved her! I decided to establish care with her and she continues to do an amazing job and makes me feel so comfortable. The other staff seems very kind and patient as well. Highly recommend!!

I have had several appointments at this clinic and every time I am able to be seen on the day requested. The clinic is always clean and cheerful unlike most Dr's offices. The staff is friendly and always answers my questions and makes me feel heard! I feel safe coming here during COVID as they have two separate side for sick and well patients.

This is by far the best primary and/or urgent care model you could ask for. It is a totally different experience than we all have unfortunately become accustomed to in the healthcare space.
They key difference I've noticed is the people. The staff members are wonderful, and the providers spend actual time with you as a patient, asking questions, providing options, and making sure you're fully informed about everything related to your health. The time in the exam room doesn't feel rushed, and every time I have visited, my provider gave me as much time as we needed for that visit and never skimmed over anything to get to the next exam. As a patient, I absolutely never feel like just another insurance billing for the practice, which is very rare these days.
Elizabeth Norton is my primary provider, and she is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and personally relatable. Each time I visit, it's less like a traditional Primary Care visit, and more like an afternoon chat with someone who just knows me really well. I've also had the opportunity to see others in this office over the years. All of them have exceeded my expectations. There is a clear emphasis on building and maintaining a customer-centric culture at Heritage Urgent & Primary Care.
Our family will be patients as long as they are around!

The entire staff is amazing! Taylor Heath and Elizabeth Norton are the nicest most compassionate healthcare providers I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. They make sure you are okay and all your questions are answered to the best of their ability before you leave your visit. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for an excellent primary care provider.

The staff here is second to none across the board! I had a very urgent condition that needed immediate attention. NP Wendell John and PA Caroline Marshburn immediately took care of my medical needs and in a very timely fashion which was very helpful for me. they took care of all the specialst I needed to go see and got me well taken care of. I was very very pleased with the service I was given here. highly recommend their services!

I took my daughter here today, after a bad scooter accident on Sunday. Mariah {medical assistant} and Sean{PA} helped us and were so kind the whole time. Children are scared of the doctor, especially when there is a chance of broken bones. Sean and Mariah explained everything they were doing and why, while talking to my daughter, who is only 9. It took a while for the x ray reviews to come back{second opinion needed due to growth plates} and they were more than accommodating. Sean brought us water and kept checking in while we waited. I highlight recommend Heritage Urgent and Primary Care, more specifically Sean and Mariah.
