Dr. John was very knowledgable. Caring and patient. He listened to me and addressed each of my concerns. I did not feel rushed. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I will definitely make this urgent care my choice anytime I am in town and the need arise.

Extremely thorough and helpful in trying to get me back healthy. I have found that it is very common at urgent care centers to rush the evaluation. That was not the case at all at Heritage. 5 star rating from phone call to set appt, to the nurse, and wrapping it up with the PA. Great job and keep up the good work.

Dr. Norton is the best!!! She’s very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s clear she puts a tremendous amount of care into her practice and she loves her patients. I get in almost immediately when I arrive. The staff is friendly and are always happy to see you. The facility is very well done and always has a great Disney movie playing which is great for families! If you are in the market for a new Primary Care Dr. I highly recommend Heritage Urgent and Primary Care in Wake Forest.

Went to this facility on a Saturday morning and got right in! Everyone was so friendly and the care was excellent. The PA that took care of me was knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely be bringing my family back in the future. Amazing that I can be seen by my primary doctor that quickly and they also have availability for walk in appointments.

Best and MOST BEAUTIFUL urgent care center I’ve ever been to. The entire staff was friendly, and quick to get me in and out. The waiting room and exam rooms had serious Joanna Gaines vibes so I felt more relaxed in spite of not feeling well instead of enduring a sterile hospital-ly environment. Dr. John was courteous and gave very good information regarding my diagnosis.

I just had my first appointment here and it was amazing. I felt Wendell John, DNP, FNP-C was very concerned and really cared about my health. He took his time explaining my health concerns and treatment and preventative measures. I will be making this office my primary care doctor
Moods
Visited for the first time on Tuesday and met with Sue & she was very good, felt a little rushed during my visit w/her but she was still good! Heads up she should take her time a little bit hence why sadly I had to go back b/c my condition did not improve! I met w/ Dr Wendell and he was amazing! Felt like I’ve known him forever, he was straight forward but also understanding and very knowlegable! Changing my primary care to him because he is that good! Great practice!
