I went to Heritage Urgent Care with what I thought was a sinus infection . One hour later I was in the Emergency Room being evaluated for an aneurysm. I didn’t have an aneurysm but a dissection of my cartoriod artery. I am back home and alive and well. This facility saved my life and I have since been back for followups and they are now my primary care provider.

Beth took time to really care about me, get me the help that i needed, and made me feel very comfortable. Facility was clean and I didn't have to wait long. Great service!!!!!!! Highly recommend

One of the best experiences I've had. Everyone was friendly, genuine and caring. We were in multiple times over the holidays with 2 family members. Dr. John was fabulous! He was never rushed and spent significant time with us each visit. Very attentive. He was also available after hours. I cannot say enough good things about this practice.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience at Heritage Urgent Care! They were amazing and very thorough on finding out what was wrong with my son. He was dehydrated and they were able to give him fluids through an IV, which helped him immensely!! We will definitely be back!!

Excellent, professional service from the front desk, to the nurse, and the doctor. Clean, modern, new facility; easy to find off 540. Patient rooms have TVs; I watched part of a Christmas movie while I (briefly) waited for the doctor. The staff is thorough, yet efficient; I was in and out in about an hour this morning. Very happy I chose this urgent care today; I definitely recommend it!

Wow, first time going to the doctor and I didn’t feel rushed! The staff was friendly and inviting, the location is great and facilities was very clean. I’ve already switched to Dr. John as my primary doctor. Great job guys!

This is one of the best health experiences of my life. Young lady at the front desk greeting me with respect and care. Karen was very friendly considerate and gave me peace of mind as I waited for the doctor. Dr. Wendell John was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He made me feel like I was the only patient that he was taken care of. He also took the time to answer all my questions. I'm very happy that I chose this facility as my Primary Care center.

My family and I first started going to HPC for Urgent needs as we could never get into our Primary care we needed . We have since switched to HPC for all of our Primary care. They are quick and personal. From Debbie up front who is so kind and understanding to the NEW PA in Town Taylor! They all Compliment each other well. Being in the Medical Profession I lookout for what a great practice is. This is one!!!

Heritage Primary Care Is amazing for both Primary Care and Urgent needs. We have most of our staff that has gone there for Urgent care and are now Primary care patients. The Staff and Doctors are very personal. Never a long wait even on the Urgent care side. AND THEY HAD AN XRAY machine on site. Huge for an urgent care!

Great Doctor and great staff. Also, the location is very convenient and No long waits. I am considering long term care here. I highly recommend Heritage Urgent (and Primary) Care!

I went to Heritage Urgent & Primary Care on a Sunday for an urgent care visit. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff was attentive. I arrived before the appointed time and didn't have to wait at all. This office is now my standard urgent care place.

The difference from our previous doctor is night and day. We switched to Heritage after poor care at another, separate facility. We spent 2 months and 5 visits being misdiagnosed(Previous doctor never took a culture, even when asked), and the visits always felt rushed and the doctors indifferent. As a result we received ineffective treatment and incorrect antibiotics, resulting in 2 months of pain, frustration, expenses and missed work as the infection become worse and worse.
Upon visiting Heritage, Dr. Wendell and his team got us in promptly, and treated us as if we were family. The treatment was thorough, effective, and all done with a friendly attitude that put us at ease. After a minor surgery and the correct antibiotics, the infection and pain was cured almost immediately. Dr. Wendell and his team set a higher standard for care, and we couldn't be happier with the treatment - going to Heritage was one of the best decisions we've ever made. If you want proper care, you've found the right place. Highly recommended!

The staff and providers at Heritage Urgent and Primary Care really take the time to make you feel cared about and to thoroughly evaluate your health concerns. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking healthcare in the area! It's so nice to be able to be seen in the same practice for both urgent and primary care and to know you'll be taken care of by such friendly staff.
