The entire staff here is amazing, from the front desk to the doctors. They are all so compassionate. I have been working with Beth Norton and she has not only helped me with my health concerns but works with me as if we’re a team trying to find the best course of treatment. I feel so comfortable in this office and will recommend them to anyone seeking primary or urgent care.

I had a GREAT experience at Heritage Urgent & Primary Care. I walked in over my lunch hour on a Friday & NO WAIT time. I received a follow-up call on Monday morning to see how I was doing. Such great patient care!!

The care at Heritage is exceptional; from the front desk staff to the providers, the entire team is dedicated to improving the health of their patients.
The facility itself is one of the nicest medical clinics I've ever been in; there are beverages in the front lobby with and the exam rooms have ample space and light. The team really pays attention to detail in terms of making visits comfortable, doing things like bringing water to patients and providing medications on the spot.
My favorite part is that they'll see primary care as well as urgent care so it's always easy to get in for an appointment, whereas other clinics may have me scheduled out for six weeks.
Would recommend to family members and friends.

Each visit I have with this staff is always an amazing one. Brooke and Laura are both so sweet and kind up front while you wait. I am terrified of giving blood and Lindsey and Kim were awesome to help keep me calm while I had it done. Sue is my favorite doctor by far since I started going to heritage over a year ago. She is funny and doesn’t make you feel like you’re at a doctors office. She makes it quick as possible and doesn’t forgot anything during your visit. This staff is wonderful all around. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Hands down the best place to receive medical care.

I have been here twice. Once with my son for evening emergent appt for a bad bug bite and recently for me for sick visit. Both times the wait was short and staff was super friendly. Will be back.

I recently visited Heritage Urgent Care on the weekend since my primary doc was closed. The staff was extremely polite and very fast with getting me checked in. I was seen in less than 15 minutes, and the providers took their time and completed a very detailed exam. I also want to mention that Heritage Urgent & Primary Care is extremely clean with a very welcoming feel once you enter the lobby. Very pleased with everything, and I will be going back for any type of urgent care needs!

I had just come from an urgent care that was turning people away due to volume and this was the only one close that had 4 stars. I'm so glad I found it. Saw a PA, her name was Beth. Didn't wait long and she was really thorough and checked me for flu. Her regimen of antibiotics made me feel better that day. I ended up having bronchitis. I'm writing a review because the last 2 times I went to 2 different urgent cares, they looked in my throat and gave me over the counter meds. I was sick for another month and didn't want to go back and pay another co pay for nothing.
Would definitely recommend this practice and not just for urgent care.

I recently visited this place for a problem with my shoulder and the staff were friendly and kind. Dr. Grey was patient and calm and explained to my partner and I the the different types of injury I may have sustained, before starting me on a course of treatment that took my uninsured status into account. His professional care and concern was refreshing and calmed me down, and when I need to be treated in the future, I will absolutely be returning here.
