I have been seen several times by the staff at Heritage Urgent & Primary Care and each visit has been great. Yesterday my wife was feeling bad and was dehydrated. She came in to be evaluated and received excellent care from everyone in the office. She spent several hours in the clinic with an IV receiving fluids. Throughout her time in the clinic, she was checked on several times by the staff to ensure that she was comfortable and was improving. After the fluids, she started to feel much better. We are thankful for the care of Blair, Nicole, and Ashley yesterday and would not hesitate to recommend Heritage Urgent & Primary Care to our friends in Wake Forest.

I highly recommend Heritage Urgent & Primary Care. I took my 3 year old daughter there for a deep cut on her chin and while she was very scared and not the most cooperative the entire staff was great the whole time. They were professional and extremely patient with her and they were able to get her stitched up good as new!

I can't say enough kind words about this place. I absolutely love the staff here. All of them are great. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Now that they have added primary care, I even switched doctors. Dr. Blair is just as great as Dr. Beth. I have and will continue to recommend them.

When I hobbled in with a suspected broken toe, I was seen in a timely fashion. When I was called back, the medical assistant came out to the waiting room with a wheelchair to retrieve me. That act alone showed care and compassion. Everyone that I came in contact with were professional and caring. No one plans to be sick and visit an urgent care, but this one is the place you want to be if it happens to you.

I was sick for over a week and my normal MD told me I couldn't get in for 2 weeks. I looked these guys up and went in and there was no wait at all. The secretary, and all other staff were so kind and caring. I had never been here before and it was so clean and inviting. I think the owner even came out to talk to me as well. These guys accept a Copay as of Nov 1 and that was a very nice thing. The P.A. that treated me (Blaire) was very kind and thorough in her exam and quickly diagnosed me and I was on my way. 2 days later, I'm already feeling better. I won't be returning to my primary physician as I will come to these guys any time I'm down and out. Thanks so much for a wonderful business!!!

I just moved to the area and have had a hard time finding a physician, I was in need of care and picked Heritage because of other reviews and it's close proximity, I knew I had come to the right place when I walked in. The staff was extremely friendly, it was as if I had been a regular patient, the Nurse asked important questions because she had actually listened to me and my history! I was in and out in respectable time and felt as though they were happy to help me!! Thank you for being there, I can't wait till November!!!

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out in 20 minutes with an antibiotic. Was told to call with any questions and the got me to a clinical staff member right away who answered my question. Keep up the great work Heritage and thank you.

I recently move to the Wake Forest area due to my job was relocated and became extremely sick over the weekend. We didn't know where to go and decided on Heritage Urgent Care due to the location. How BLESSED I was to have found such a CARING staff - Beth Norton (MS, PA-C) and her staff was able to diagnose my symptons and provide me with the medication/fluids I needed and fast. My deepest THANKS to her and her staff for their empathy and concern.

Heritage Urgent Care is an awesome practice! I visited the practice with my son. The service was spectacular and very efficient. Hardly no wait time at all and my son enjoyed the arcade and being able to watch a movie. The staff was so welcoming, from the receptionist, to the nursing staff, X-ray personnel and Beth was outstanding. Beth is so warm and her interaction with kids and parents was wonderful. Her passion for emergency medicine and the knowledge she has is phenomenal. The practice was a very warm and pleasurable experience, that is very hard to find these days. Heritage Urgent Care Rocks! Thank you all so much for the wonderful service you provide!

My son had sudden ear pain (that turned out to be an infection) during the beginning of an snow/ice storm. We called to see if they were open and they said they would stay open until I made it there. We were in and out in about 15-20 minutes tops! The PA was friendly and efficient and the receptionist was spectacular, taking all our information ahead on the phone. I cannot say thank you enough for their fast, friendly care!

I have been a patient of Beth Norton twice since the opening of Heritage Urgent Care. It is by far the most pleasant 'urgent care' experience that I've ever had. The facility is brand new, clean, and very welcoming. The waiting room comes complete with a fireplace, coffee/water, and video games for the children. The staff treats you like family from the time that you enter the facility until you leave. The wait times are shorter as well. Both times I have been seen by a practitioner within 30 minutes. Beth even went out of her way to schedule an appointment for me with a specialist during the very busy holiday season. A visit to Heritage Urgent Care will change the way you think about urgent care facilities in general. It's simply the best facility of its kind in Wake Forest.
