Heritage Urgent Care is an awesome practice! I visited the practice with my son. The service was spectacular and very efficient. Hardly no wait time at all and my son enjoyed the arcade and being able to watch a movie. The staff was so welcoming, from the receptionist, to the nursing staff, X-ray personnel and Beth was outstanding. Beth is so warm and her interaction with kids and parents was wonderful. Her passion for emergency medicine and the knowledge she has is phenomenal. The practice was a very warm and pleasurable experience, that is very hard to find these days. Heritage Urgent Care Rocks! Thank you all so much for the wonderful service you provide!

My son had sudden ear pain (that turned out to be an infection) during the beginning of an snow/ice storm. We called to see if they were open and they said they would stay open until I made it there. We were in and out in about 15-20 minutes tops! The PA was friendly and efficient and the receptionist was spectacular, taking all our information ahead on the phone. I cannot say thank you enough for their fast, friendly care!

I have been a patient of Beth Norton twice since the opening of Heritage Urgent Care. It is by far the most pleasant 'urgent care' experience that I've ever had. The facility is brand new, clean, and very welcoming. The waiting room comes complete with a fireplace, coffee/water, and video games for the children. The staff treats you like family from the time that you enter the facility until you leave. The wait times are shorter as well. Both times I have been seen by a practitioner within 30 minutes. Beth even went out of her way to schedule an appointment for me with a specialist during the very busy holiday season. A visit to Heritage Urgent Care will change the way you think about urgent care facilities in general. It's simply the best facility of its kind in Wake Forest.

I am wowed by this new addition to the Wake Forest community!! I brought my two and a half year old son and the staff and providers did so well with him. They were quick and efficient, not to mention the soothing and clean atmosphere. I will DEFINITELY be bringing him back there for urgent situations!!

Great place! This place has comfortable seating like Starbucks, hot coffee and place for kids to play. Not like the cold, big box chain urgent care visits. And the medical care provided is top notch by health professionals who really care like you are their neighbor. Matter of fact, most of the staff live in Heritage and are neighbors with their patients so they give everyone the best treatment like family!

Chẳng hạn, App để lên lịch khám hủy lịch khám, đặt lại lịch khám và xem kết quả xét nghiệm dễ dàng khi trụy cập như các cơ sở khám bệnh khác mà tôi từng biết và trải nghiệm.

Nice place, good Urgent Care facility. A bit of a wait, but I guess to be expected as a walk-in. Lobby seats were uncomfortable, which made having to wait awhile a pain. Overall, a good clinic. I would not choose as a primary care, but for Urgent Care they were good! I hope I won't need urgent care again, but I would definitely go back for a flu shot.

Nurses and the PA were very kind. The wait for the PA after the nurse was quite long (however, when you have Strep and haven't slept in 24 hours anything seems long) but not unreasonable.
