Dr. John and team are wonderful! This office was recommended to me by a pharmacist in 2020 after my PCP had relocated. I was seeking a new PCP and this office checks all of my boxes. At my first 2 visits Dr. John spent lots of time getting to know me and my health journey and goals. I had never in my over 40 years at that point; had a HCP spend that much time and care. Every visit since he spends the right amount of time and his bedside manner is EXCELLENT! This office operates much like the functional medicine practitioners IYKYK. I am so thankful to have found Dr. John and his team. Please give this office a try for your primary and urgent care needs.

I am so grateful for Rita Fontaine and her professional knowledge. She is so intelligent and she is so caring and goes the extra mile! Over the years I have had different medical providers, yet Rita is bt far the best to date! I am just so very grateful for her care!
One amazing attribute she has is listening and then providing a sound and sensible solution. She will also get down to the bottom of finding out why you may be feeling off.
I am amazed that when she stares she will follow through on a referral ... she does immediately.
Her keen eye and ability to get to the bottom of what is ailing you can give you the most comforting peace!

Heritage was amazing! I needed an urgent care for the flu and I came across this group and I was seen within 5 min of arriving! I got the help I needed for my cough and Emily was amazing! Them my daughter came the following week and also had a great experience and she saw Dr John. I will be establishing myself as a patient here. So happy I found this amazing group. The office is nice and clean too.
