Trek Bramhall had the exact bike I was looking for - the right model, model year, size and colour, at a good discounted price. I spoke to Laurie before ordering and he was very helpful in describing the bike’s condition and how the free, no-box delivery worked. The bike arrived on the expected day, very straightforward from start to finish. Laurie also called me recently to check how I was getting on with the bike. All in all, highly recommended.

Popped into as I had some issues with my bike and they were brilliant. Helped me fix the wheels and handlebars after it had been assembled wrong. Didn’t charge me anything for all there help a time. Also gave me some great advice on maintenance. The store is lovely and big, well stocked and definitely worth stopping into for all ur bike and service needs! Highly recommended!

Excellent service, especially when collecting my new bike. Mike, the mechanic, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The bike wasn’t in stock, so it had to be ordered. It arrived earlier than expected, an appointment was made to suit me collecting it, and Mike spent all the time I needed to explain its new features to me and fit and adjust various add-ons. Most of all, the service was brilliant.

I went in to the Bramhall Trek shop with an old mountain bike this afternoon, with brake problems. The staff were friendly, receptive, and gave the bike an immediate look-over. They showed me exactly what was wrong, gave me service options and likely costs, and also a suggestion to replace the old, worn, redundant brakes with a more reliable (and cheaper!) model - and when I expressed a willingness to fit them myself, explained exactly what I needed to do to finish the job.
Superb service, great recommendations and advice giving me confidence, and great value!!
