Incredible customer service! Brought my bike in with contaminated brakes and they came out perfect! They spotted a few other things wrong with my bike and fixed them perfectly. Jon was amazing, full of knowledge about all the road bikes, he was even able to tell me measurements without looking at a chart. He spent lots of time and was patient with my indecisiveness. Nothing was too much to ask, he even made me a coffee and got my dog some water without me asking, jon and his staff were very accommodating towards my dog and my board wife who hates bike shops. Trek at Bramhall is now my “go to” bike shop ❤️
