Great service as always. Before buying a bike here, we’d been in a few times with various questions & maintenance issues, which the guys often dealt with for free. We came back to get my wife’s first road bike (she knows nothing about bikes, let alone road bikes). Matt spent loads of time with us, answering all her questions. The bike was price matched without us asking and on collection, they set everything up for my wife, including cleats & overall fit /positioning. It was important for us to buy from a shop because I know my wife is going to need to come back for various tweaks, upgrades, advice & maintenance, couldn’t recommend the shop more highly.

Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure whatsoever. Accommodated my upgrade requests. They put the bike together, fitted upgrades, and adjusted as necessary. Miles better than me having to do it from at home. Gave me a good deal

Bought my Trek Silque from the Wilmslow store and on occasion have dropped in ad hoc with simple mechanical or maintenance issues. The guys have always been very welcoming, friendly and happy to help without a prior appointment. Some of the issues have been simple, but I have not felt intimidated for bringing my bike in which is a massive plus!

Specialized Sirrus carbon or Trek Zector 3, that was my choice. Having tested both and spending a fair time talking to the sales staff my choice was the Trek which provides a great comfortable ride and is fast due to it's geometry. I love it and have to give big thanks to Matt at the Trek Handforth store who is so enthusiastic about his bikes and provided a first class service. From a very happy customer.

Had a good experience with them initially. Bought my Ticket S off them. Brand new. Got a message saying you're due a free service. Brought the bike down. Only wanted my headset checking, they refused the free service, said it was because I only bought the frame off them (you can only buy the Ticket S as a frame, trek don't do a complete build of the bike) wouldn't even check my headset for free. Wanted to charge me £20 for it. Said I needed a new chain when the bikes been ridden 12 times. Wasted hour of my day. TREK Wilmslow shouldn't be sending messages out to customers for their free service if they don't qualify for a free service.

A terrible experience, Trek Bramhall you need to remember you represent a brand! Context: my wife went into the store to buy a product, Trek needed to order it in, the store text my wife saying it had arrived and asked that we pop in to pick it up. Upon arrival I had to wait by the tills for the 15mins before someone attended to me, there were plenty of staff but they were either with customers (perfectly acceptable!) or chatting with what are clearly cycling regulars who aren’t buying anything but just want to chat cycling (less acceptable!). One member of staff became free and I explained I was here to pick up an order my wife had placed. His immediate and aggressive response was to say “we don’t deal with orders, that’s not our job”. I couldn’t believe it, a really aggressive first time engagement. I explained that i had a text message from this store Trek Bramhall asking me to come in and pick up the product so how can he say that. He countered with, “we’re not set up to deal with orders”. He proceeded to bury his head in the computer, note at this point he has not asked my name or even the product i had bought! This is ridiculous, he just didn’t want to deal with a customer! After trying to find the product we had bought and paid for from this very store he then couldn’t find it. I said this is ridiculous, you’ve text me, Trek Bramhall and not Trek, asking me to come in and pick up the product so how can you now say you neither “do orders” nor can now find the product we’ve bought and paid for. Honestly you should be ashamed at how you have represented a terrific brand. I will never buy from you again and probably will not buy Trek either. Buyers beware, do not leave this store without the product you have paid for, once you do they don’t want to know.

Called Trek bikes (the day before) in wilmslow asking about a suspension service thats needs to be done on my remedy! I was told to bring the bike into store the next day and it would be ready for a bike trip I am taking next Wednesday! I drove the 20 miles the next day to be greeted by a very rude individual who advised it would not be ready for a few weeks! I feel like I completely wasted a 40 mile round trip! Not only have they just lost out on the work to my bike but also the sale of a Trek Rail!

Went in for a little advice on my old Domane. The mechanic had a customers bike on a stand with the customer and continued to discuss the bike with him, ignoring me completely despite the fact he could see me waiting. He didn’t even acknowledge me or explain how long he’d be. After hanging around for 10 minutes I left in disgust. Won’t be going there again.

Complete waste of time and their prices are ridiculous. They charge £50 just to have a look at your bike. Recently went to have gears fixed and they said it wasn’t possible unless I bought new gears but still charged £80 for ‘service’. Went instead to rick green cycles who fixed gears and sorted out many other issues with bike for £25. Would not recommend unless you want to get ripped off.
