Absolutely exceptional service from Tom Wrzecionowski, really helpful in suggesting the ideal mountain bike for my wife. Trek also did a post purchase mini service after it had been ridden for a few weeks and it came back looking brand new. Would highly recommend this store.

Jon was amazing, full of knowledge about all the road bikes, he was even able to tell me measurements without looking at a chart. He spent lots of time and was patient with my indecisiveness. Nothing was too much to ask, he even made me a coffee and got my dog some water without me asking, jon and his staff were very accommodating towards my dog and my board wife who hates bike shops. Trek at Bramhall is now my “go to” bike shop ❤️
