I was searching for a villa that provided wheelchair accessibility for my disabled son. The Moroccan Paradise near Puissalicon looked ideal been deceived in the past (NOT by South France Holiday Villas), I contacted them to check. I received an immediate and detailed reply from Caroline, along with the offer to request photographs from the owners. All looked good and I completed the booking. The villa greatly exceeded our expectations, and the attempt to make it properly accessible was the best we've come across. Voy, from the owners' family, visited in person and asked for feedback. We made a couple of minor suggestions for improvement and these were enthusiastically embraced. The pool heating unfortunately failed - it can happen - but rapid attention was summoned by Caroline. The aforesaid Voy and Paul, the pool specialist, worked hard to fix it, but it wasn't possible to get things back on track before we left (Roy immediately volunteered a partial refund). In fairness, given the seven unbroken days of Mediterranean sun, the coolness of the pool was no major setback. Our experience of the villa, its owners and the service of South France Villas - with a particular shout-out to Caroline - has been flawless and we'll most certainly be back next year.

A superb service. All the properties I have stayed in through the company have been excellent. The payments system is efficient and trustworthy but it is when there is a problem that the company comes into its own. Absolute dedication to ensuring that everything goes well for you. Available at all times, prompt in responding to emails and swift to resolve issues, big or small. I haven't come across a better service of this type in the many years that I have been renting properties in Europe and further afield. I cannot recommend South France Holiday Villas more highly. Excellent.
