I love my Domane and Top Fuel; both bikes have been fantastic. I needed a repair for the Domane, called Trek Ventura, and they had me bring the bike in that afternoon, and I had the bike back by noon the next day. I have always had a great experience at this location. The staff are friendly and helpful and really go the extra mile to provide great service. I'll definitely be returning to Trek Ventura in the future when I need service, repairs or parts.

The quality and commitment of the team at Trek Ventura is exceptional. From selecting my road bike, choosing accessories, delivery and ongoing service -- they take care of me as if I were family. I've also seen how much difference it makes to work with a company-owned store -- they'll source bikes and accessories from anywhere in the Trek network without big upcharges, and even helped me ship the bike to another Trek store for an out-of-town event. Can't say enough good things about Mark Baile, Eric Weitz and the rest of the team. And, needless to say, I love my bitchin' new Trek bike.

Placed a call to the Ventura Store and I spoke with Ben. Ben went above and beyond in looking for a part that I needed. He assisted me and I found the part in Porter Ranch the same day! There were some minor issues at the Porter ranch location but Ben also helped solve those issues within the hour! Great customer service Ben, way to go!

Service techs are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The turn around on repairs or tune ups is very quick. This the only shop I'll bring my BMC road bike to for service.

I purchased a Verve 1 low step bike from Ventura Trek in August.
This is the most comfortable and the safest bike I have ever owned. I recommend it especially for seniors who would like a bike that is easy to mount and exit. The Verve 1 is also flat out FUN to ride. The people at Trek Ventura were very nice and gave me plenty of time to test ride the bikes I was considering.
