Habe eine super Erfahrung mit dem ganzen Team gemacht. Ich musste einen neuen Vorderpneu aufziehen lassen, dies während meiner Tour, also so schnell wie möglich. Alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
So konnte ich Tour bald wieder fortsetzen. Das ist Kundendreundlichkeit! TOP!

I cannot recommend Trek Warrawong highly enough! Buying my daughter her first 'proper' bike was an unexpectedly stressful experience – cue a nervous, pacing dad (me) second-guessing every size, color, and wheel diameter.
The team here were absolutely brilliant. Their advice was incredibly patient and genuinely helpful, walking me through the options without any pressure. They didn't just sell me a bike; they sold me confidence (and possibly a few less grey hairs).
The bikes themselves are, as expected, great quality, but the real magic is the human element. They managed to calm this nervous wreck of a father and make the whole process feel genuinely warm. If they can handle my pre-purchase panic, they can handle anything!

If anyone not only after a trek bike but also a good service .... you should come and visit TREK BIKE WARRAWONG...Have a chat with Steve or Dave and you won't regret to spend time to get to their shop. Anyone can sell the same products to you but not many can provide you a good customer service. I came all the way from Sydney to get a Trek bike for my son last year. Dave was so great with the service ....so great that I ended up with a third one last week. While I was busy loading the bike on the 4wd, I forgot the bike plate that I have left on the ground while loading the bike and drove off. By the time I got home, it was too late to turn around. I rang Dave asking him to go and look for it and if it was found, keep it there and I will come back some weekend to collect it. Without any delay or hesitation, he posted it out yesterday....WHAT A SERVICE! If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would double it. PLEASE COME AND CHECK THEM OUT....

I recently bought a stunning Trek soft-tail mountain bike in a gorgeous aqua green/blue—it’s like riding a piece of the ocean! The team at Trek went above and beyond, tracking down the last one in the country and getting it shipped just for me. Their excitement matched mine every step of the way! They helped me set it up today, and their enthusiasm and customer service were top-notch. I got this beauty for my birthday, and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Trek—amazing bikes, even better people! ♀️✨

Great after sales service. Had a minor issue with my new Rail 9.9 xx1 axs that required the fork to be sent to sram under warranty. The guys have given me a nice loaner bike to use until mine is returned. Cannot fault their processes. I have had dealings with 4 of the guys there including Tom, David and Troy ( sorry I cannot remember the other guys name) and on each occasion their professionalism, knowledge and service has been great. Tom definitely should get a large pay rise and extra annual leave. Regards Adrian.

Dropped in unannounced today at 09:30 with my 2024 Domane SLR7 I purchased privately just for a checkup and change of cassette. Troy (and the other young fella) were so accommodating fixing my issue with my cleats. Also gave me a complimentary setup check. As usual from Trek Warrawong brilliant friendly service.
