Took my bike in for new breaks and the guys at Beaverton Trek were very helpful in explaining things to me, and never tried to upsell. At the end of the day, my bill was $100 less than I anticipated, they said the brakes were fine, they just needed to adjusted the cables. I never would’ve known if they weren’t honest and ethical tradesmen.

I brought my road bike in for a bottom bracket fix. Everyone was friendly, quick, and effective. They explained things to me in a way a semi-layman could understand and were patient with my mediocre understanding of bike maintenance. They chased the threads (fixed the threads) of the bottom bracket socket and threw in a new bottom bracket for about 40 bucks before parts. Also, the new part was the same price on Amazon. They were also careful to under promise and over deliver. They beat all their time estimates and had great communication with phone calls, text and emails. I'll go back the next time I can't fix them myself

I've gone to this bike shop for many years. It is JANUARY, so there was a nice discount on the work that they finished yesterday. I have no complaints - 5 starts out of 5!

This place is fantastic. Great selection of bikes and sizes. Great selection of accessories and parts. Friendly and efficient staff, including service dept. I’ll always go to a Trek store for my needs, especially this shop.

Great local bike shop. Good service, great bikes and several locations. I just bought a Trek training bike for my 3 year old and the pick up was quick and easy. The bike is super cool. Oh to be 3 again!!
3/21/23 update: Trek contacted me to let me know about the trade up program for kids’ bikes - very cool! I just took advantage of it to get my son the Precaliber 16. My son and I are very pleased.

Excellent service. Sometimes a bit busier and due to the excellent customer service, you might have to wait a bit however, it's worth it.
Well versed in bikes and they understand the needs of the recreational biker (as in, no shame when I had a kick stand put on my bike!).
