I just purchased a new bike today, and had an excellent experience. I came in not really knowing much more than that my current bike has not been comfortable to ride. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly; they attended to my pursuit for quite a while and helped me determine that my current bike is too small. They pointed out a couple of larger frame sizes for me to try out, and encouraged me to test ride for as long as I liked. We discussed many options of what might be within my budget, they did their best to locate some unusual frame sizes at their store and other Trek stores, and ultimately provided me an experience and a product that I am very happy with. Thank you to Rob and Billy for all your help and expertise!

Amazing knowledgeable and helpful crew. They love bikes and helping you find the right bike for you. I travel from Vancouver to Beaverton just for the customer service. Matt is too tier for sales and the service department is honest, straight forward, motivated and quick.
Our family will continue to travel to Beaverton Trek because of the service!

Took my bike in for new breaks and the guys at Beaverton Trek were very helpful in explaining things to me, and never tried to upsell. At the end of the day, my bill was $100 less than I anticipated, they said the brakes were fine, they just needed to adjusted the cables. I never would’ve known if they weren’t honest and ethical tradesmen.
