Excellent excellent excellent! I was hesitant at first, like many people. I have a sister-in-law who was very confident with Spa 35. She invited me to watch a procedure on her and the staff was very intelligent and kind. I had CO2 laser resurfacing and the results are as much as I expected. I am very happy and will continue to use Spa 35. I have given them consent to use my information to share with others. I am also a smoker and had doubts about the results but they are that good.
