The whole experience was great. Romantic, informative and relaxing. They had the best looking horse and carriage. The horse looks well taken care of. The host and driver were great as well.

First time in New York and first carriage ride and it was the best experience. Our driver Christina was wonderful, she is very knowledgeable about New York and Central Park. We were able to feed Sherman a carrot at the end of the ride to thank him for a smooth ride. I highly recommend NYC Horse Carriage Rides for your first or next time you are in Central Park.

My husband and I did this for Valentine's Day and it was so much fun!!! Our driver was so fun, we loved chatting with him and getting to know history throughout the park. We went at sunset, so seeing the park go from a winter wonderland to the city light up was magical! And a special shout out to Sophia our beautiful carriage horse, she was so sweet and welcoming!

We had the most memorable time. Our carriage driver was funny, helpful, very informative & you can tell he loved his job, which reflected on our experience. It was so worth it. Another item to check off on my bucket list.

We absolutely loved our carriage ride and our driver!! We had a female (blanking on the name- so so sorry) and she went above and beyond. I did a proposal ride and the photos she took were outstanding. She did a great job sharing her knowledge of the city and she truly loves her horses and the people she meets daily. I highly recommend using this company and asking for her :)

We went for an hour ride around, Alexus our driver/guide was really nice and helpful. She told us a lot of info about the areas of the park and was very friendly. She was happy to joke with our kids and answer their questions!
Had blankets available to keep warm and kids could feed the horse with a carrot after too.

Don’t let yourself miss out on a good and fun time because you don’t think you’ll enjoy or it won’t be worth it. It was absolutely worth everything. Had fun the carriage driver was hilarious and most genuine person I’ve met. Must try

Our driver Adam was great. It was very fun that he stopped the ride at special points to take pictures and even to let us feed some fresh carrots to our amazing horse, Sophie. The blankets were very warm (though not too sure about the cleanliness). I would book this again when in NYC next time!

The horse carriage ride was a great addition to our trip! Our driver was incredibly knowledgeable, made sure we saw everything along the way, and pointed out the best spots for photos. The carriage even had heated blankets, which was a huge plus in the cold January weather. Bonus points for how patient and kind he was when our baby got a little fussy. Highly recommend!

Josh was a showman our whole ride - shared the history, trivia and funny side stories of not only the great Central Park but the buildings and stories of the buildings and landmarks that bordered the park helped out by the beautiful Amazing Grace "Gracie". It was the best experience from booking to our tour.

We had a fantastic experience. Instructions on how to find our carriage were clear and easy. Our driver was very friendly, helpful and fun. Loved the heavy blanket. Made our ride extra cozy. Our horse, Dennis, got some love as we fed him when we were done. Fantastic experience. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our carriage ride! The driver was so thoughtful and knowledgeable. He took several pictures of us through out the ride. It was a very cold day and the huge blanket helped to keep us warm. Thank you for our unforgettable experience.

This was an amazing experience. The communication between company and myself during the booking process was excellent, our driver was informative and told a great history of the park, our carriage and blankets were clean and appreciated ( it was so cold out!) and our horse was a sweetheart who very much enjoyed his "after work" snacks! Well worth the price and experience.
