Our driver Troy and his beautiful horse Rose were our tour guides for our trip around Central Park. It was nice to know a set price before I stepped on the horse and not have to worry about negotiating or any surprises at the end.

We had a great time on our horse carriage ride. Leo was a great tour guide, he was very knowledgeable & friendly & he took several photos for us. At the end we got to feed his horse Toby carrots. We saw lots of cherry blossoms at Central Park, it was a beautiful ride.

My husband and I had a great time with Leo and Toby the horse. They were wonderful guides to the park and Leo was extremely knowledgable about the different historic facts as well as Hollywood movie appreances and celebrity tidbits all realating to Central Park and the surrounding neighborhoods. It was unfortunately raining so we decided not to get out and explore at the stops but it was a wonderful way to see the south end of the park and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting to do at least once. Thank you Leo and Toby!!! It was an unforgettable experience

Loved it! A must-do when you visit Manhattan. Super easy to book, easy to find. We chose the 1 hour tour with 2 photo stops, and it was the perfect tour of the park. I loved that blankets were provided, because it was a chilly day. Our host was Alexis, and she was awesome - very friendly and a great tour guide!

We were in NYC on a cold rainy day. We got on a horse carriage ride to cheer up the kids. Best decision ever. Our guide Josh was amazing. So funny, very friendly and knows a lot about the city. Josh literally brightened our day with his humor.
He also let my boys feed his beautiful horse “Amazing Grace”.
Highly recommend Josh if you plan to take this tour.

LEO was our Carriage Driver on 3/27/25. He was an excellent guide for us 1st timers to NYC! Leo was very personable, full of interesting facts about points of interest within Central Park & took great photos of us & his wonderful horse, Lucky Sam! Nice memories- highly recommend!

We were 30 minutes early but were immediately accommodated. Our driver Pedro was very friendly & informative. We took the 60 min VIP tour & were blessed with a beautiful sunny morning in Central Park. We had 3 photo stops & Pedro took some excellent pics. At the end of the tour I got to reward our beautiful horse Olaf with a carrot. I would highly recommend this relaxing way to enjoy Central Park.

I don’t a lot of reviews, but we rented two carriages for our group. It was our first trip to NY, and we had people that were local that also took this tour for the first time. Highly recommend. We did the long route - our tour guides were well versed in the history and anecdotes, the horses well cared far (that was really important), carriages themselves well maintained. We had a blast! Highly recommend.

This was a bucket list item. I have always, ALWAYS wanted to take a guided carriage ride through Central Park, but I always felt silly doing it when I was an actual resident of NYC. Fast forward almost 10 years later, and taking my 8-year-old twins to Central Park for the first time in their young lives provided the perfect opportunity to do it.
Our guide was Toby and our horse was Leo, and they were both fabulous!!! Toby was SO sweet and knowledgeable and kind to our whole family. He showed us where they filmed all the iconic movies in the park and took so many amazing picture of us in the carriage, at Bethesda Fountains, in front of the San Remo, feeding Leo, etc. He was an excellent photographer, and we will probably use one of the photos for our holiday card!
We signed up for the 45-minute ride, which provided two stops and a really expansive tour of the park. It was the perfect amount of time. Toby was such a gentleman and made our kids feel so comfortable (especially my one daughter who is scared of horses - she ended up petting Leo at the end because Toby made her feel so at ease!) Even my very skeptical husband said the tour was wonderful and well worth the money!
It was not cheesy or touristy at all - it was just classic and perfect. I will definitely do it again one day. We got a winter discount (even though it was March) and $130 (plus a nice, well-deserved tip) for four people was well worth the money, in my opinion.

We were only in NYC for a day and a half and knew we had to see Central Park. This carriage tour was wonderful and our driver was very knowledgeable of the park. She was very honest about the fountain not being the one where Friends was filmed while the pedicabs were blaring the theme song. We took the 65 minute tour and felt like we saw as much of the park as possible. Definitely a must on you NYC trip!

I gave this carriage ride as a gift to our nanny and her fiance and they absolutely LOVED it! First of all the gentleman who runs the business and answers the phone was extremely accomodating with me when I had questions about purchasing a ride as a gift- he had incredible customer service. My nanny and her fiance said "it was a magical experience". They loved that they got to learn the history of the park and city, said the gentleman taking them around was super knowledgeable and provided an incredible experience. I now am going to have to buy a ride for myself and husband after their awesome reviews!

We took a carriage ride through Central Park today with Leo and his horse Toby and it was amazing. Normally I don’t book ahead for something like this and I’m so glad I did. Compared to all of the other horses and carriages, this one was the nicest and most professional of the ones I saw.
Leo the guide so great, very knowledgeable about the history of the city, and very friendly. He even offered to take multiple pictures for us along the way. Highly recommend!
