I had a wonderful experience taking a carriage ride through Central Park with Rich as our driver. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the park and shared interesting insights that made the ride special. I was traveling with three small children who didn’t fully appreciate the experience, but Rich was so patient and kind with them, which I truly appreciated.
One of the highlights was the opportunity to take a photo—moms are rarely in the pictures, so that was a lovely touch! Rich’s expertise and warm demeanor made this a memorable experience. I highly recommend booking a ride with him, and I’ll definitely be looking for him next time I’m in town!

I loved the carriage ride....it was so amazing and Lexi was so informative about everything on the tour! I learned so much about Central Park and New York from her! Lexi is so sweet and very professional! She is kind in every way she can be....she took some amazing pictures of my wife and me! Her horse Sophia is also sweet and amazing!

Our expectations were surpassed! This was by far the best way to see Central Park! The horse was a complete gentleman as was our driver! ;-) The driver was just the sweetest! Thank you for an amazing time!

A fantastic experience, the guide was fantastic, loads of knowledge about the Park and its surroundings and very courteous. The carriage was comfortable and was provided with a blanket to keep is warm. Handsome Jack our horse was a Star . The guide was very helpful as it was a special carriage ride and did everything brilliant and captured our special moment perfectly.

We had booked our carriage ride for our visit in early November. It ended up being a sunny beautiful day. Our horse was Starlight and she looked beautiful and healthy. We had booked the 3 stops 1 hour photo tour. Our driver/guide used an odd voice for his narration, but I get it, it was his style. He gave us a little history, but pointed out mostly movie locations shot in the park.
We have some great pictures and memories. Carriage rides are very touristy, but for our first time in Manhattan, it was perfect. We had very precise and clear instructions on the meeting location, email confirmation from the company and a great experience. I am assuming that each driver has their own style of tour and narration or points of interest that are what they like to share, so we didn't dislike our driver/guide. We would have just preferred a deeper dive on the history.
And that is extremely nit picky
We had an amazing time and I will recommend this specific carriage company to anyone in the future. But they may not be blessed with the amazing weather we experienced!

We had a wonderful experience with our driver, Troy, and Handsome Jack ( the horse). Troy told us the history of the park and some of the nearby buildings that we could see, he stopped for a few photo opportunities, and we had a wonderful time chatting with him about New York City. The carriage was comfortable and there was a lovely thick blanket to keep us warm. Such a fantastic and memorable experience. We highly recommend it!

What a lovely event to participate in. Our driver was so educated. He shared do many stories and told us about the care the courses receive. He even took such amazing photos of us with our own phones - I did not think my phone was that good with photos :( We recommend this experience! It was relaxing and lovely.

We had the best experience! I am handicap & getting out to take pictures couldn’t be done so our driver positioned the carriage and took pictures of us in the carriage at the photo stops. He was awesome! I didn’t feel like I was missing out!!! He didn’t talk to much allowing my husband and I to have a peaceful ride. It was perfect!!!

It was my son's 16th birthday and our driver really made the day special for him! I think that's their norm and it would have been that awesome no matter what...but he really had a nice time! Thank you!!!! We loved it and will always go with NYC Horse Carriage Rides in the future!
