Comfortable ride, guide was very knowledgeable gave us plenty of time at organized stops for pictures. Winter Breeze was very professional (thats the horse) Would recommend and use this family business again.

We very much enjoyed our experience with NYC horse carriage ride. We had to be a little late and the driver was in touch with us and that took the pressure off because I could let him know that we were close by and then he did a wonderful tour, this was Tommy along with lady liberty a Beautiful healthy Horse. Tommy was very knowledgable and interesting on the tour, having been there for 35 years. I would definitely recommend this company to others thank you very much.

Worth every penny! Our guide Rich (Terik) was amazing. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He let us enjoy our ride but also pointing out a lot of great fun facts on the way. Got our 11 year old involved which is hard to do with anything these days. When it started to rain we were grateful for the carriage top. We did the long tour with three stops and it was one of our favorite days in NYC. They are great with communication.

One of the highlights of our trip to New York was our carriage ride with NYC Horse Carriage Rides. Our guide Henry and Lady Liberty were both perfection! Henry made our family time together special and made sure to include our daughter in the experience- and the photos are stunning. The history we learned, the stops we made to explore the park, the laughs we shared and most importantly the memories we made together - we can’t recommend spending time on your trip doing this adventure enough.

Fabulous!! Henry was lovely, polite, knowledgeable and very proud of New York, lovely with Blaze and you could tell a very well looked after horse. Couldn’t recommend enough. Brilliant.

Amazing time !! Our driver Robert and of course the beautiful horse Venus were just outstanding!! we had a very pleasant time on our trip through Central Park!!!! So much history and of course Robert knew all the stories and the movies that took place in central park. I highly recommend NYC Horse Carriage Rides.

From the moment we were picked up, our experience with NYC Horse Carriage Rides was nothing short of amazing!! Our coachman Henry was so nice, he really felt like an old friend by the end of our 45 minute ride. He was informative, took great care of his horse, and made us feel like royalty the whole way.

NYC Horse Carriage rides provided a wonderful experience for my family. My daughter and her three children were visiting from Canada and one thing we all agreed on was a wish to take a horse Carriage ride in Central Park. NYC Horse Carriage rides provided a wonderful experience, the drivers were knowledgeable and met every need we had. The carriages (due to our group size we had two carriages) were immaculate, the horses groomed very well, and the tour narration was great with some really interesting tidbits tossed in. A wonderful experience was had by all and few look forward to a visit in two years for another ride!

The company provided multiple messages and reminders ahead of our scheduled booking to make our arrival easy.
Starlight looked well looked after as did the carriage and equipment.

Joshua was a brilliant guide. Gave us loads of interesting pieces of information about what we were seeing and really good to interact and chat along the way. Answered all our questions with enthusiasm. Very enjoyable ride, he also takes great pictures. If you haven’t been to Central Park, I recommend starting with this and then after the carriage ride walking to the parts you saw on the carriage ride that caught your attention the most.

Amazing!! We took 2 -16 year old girls to NYC for a vacation and did all of the usual, shows, shopping, food....but this was hands down their favorite part of the trip. Our driver was sooooooo good. He knew what to point out to the adults, what to point out to the kids, the picture stops were great, the horse was sweet, and the driver was personable and funny! I loved that he asked us at the beginning how much interaction that we wanted, he said he understood some people just want to be left alone and some people want the full experience. We loved this. Thank you for an amazing night!!

My husband and I did this horse carriage ride it was a beautiful experience. Thanks to this company we had the best peaceful Central Park tour we could have asked for. I feel bad because I don't remember the gentlemans name but its the younger gentleman in the picture they advertise with and a young lady named Alexis they made our tour beautiful he was very informative about different situations that have occurred at this park such as movies, and park history. He also stopped for us to take pictures they were so nice. Im happy we choose this Central Park tour guide company my hubby and I will never for get this beautiful experience. They were very professional...
