The communication from NYC Horse Carriage Rides was amazing. Lots of reminders, which I appreciated! When we arrived, our driver, Henry, greeted us and was just amazing from the beginning. He was very informative about the park and its history. BUT he could honestly be a photographer on the side: the man is a genius when it comes to using your phone to take pics. Just phenomenal!! Extremely professional.
The big black horse was named Lady Liberty, and she was the second-largest horse in the fleet but by FAR the prettiest! Just a wonderful experience all around!

We had a wonderful tour with our driver Josh and Gracie the horse. We arrived 30 minutes early and rather than make us wait Josh started the tour early. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this tour.

We went on a carriage ride with Leo and Toby the horse - it was our 20th wedding anniversary and Leo made it so special for us taking us on a trip around the park telling us about everything historical including where films had been made - he also took lots of photos of us to make it very special and memorable - Toby and all the other horses are beautiful and so well looked after - highly recommend especially Leo he was brilliant - thank you for making our experience the best for our special day

Wonderful experience. We really enjoyed Henry's stories of the city. He was friendly, knew when we needed to take the sights in, giving us space, and the best part was his photography! He got the best pictures of my family in Central Park. Thank you!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Christina was our guide and she was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind, and the horse Sherman was the sweetest. I could not recommend this establishment enough, it is well worth the price. Side note, it was supposed to snow heavily when our tour was going to happen and they immediately reached out for us to change our time to accommodate the weather and make sure we had a magical experience.

We were in NY for the first time and was so excited to include a carriage ride in our adventure. I had been searching Google and came across this company and was pleased with the way horses were treated, including vacation time annually in PA, not far from me in Ohio. The online reservation was very user friendly in addition to finding our horse and driver. Our tour guide, Christina, was fabulous, great with the history of Central Park and information about NY buildings along the roads to Rockerfeller and through out. That was a plus as I thought it was just a ride, not realizing a tour was included. The picture she took of us in the carriage as well as allowing us to get another Pic with our horse William, made the trip extra special. William sure enjoyed his carrots for a tip and trip well done. Considering it was first weekend in January 2025, having the blankets for our laps helped us stay warm. I would definitely do this again. A
