We did the 90 minute tour through Central Park. Christine was our guide and she was very knowledgeable about the park and NYC. Our horse Sherman was also great. We were able to feed him carrots. We made a couple stops for photos and this experience was definitely a highlight of our trip. I highly recommend!

Henry took my family around Central Park on Christmas Day. He was great and very knowledgeable, the horse, Lady Liberty was beautiful and pulled the carriage along very smoothly. I certainly feel comfortable recommending their services if you are looking for a ride through the park.

Nice experience. Great guide and they don’t charge an arm and leg. Our guide showed us all the sites and gave us incredible photo ops. One picture he took of us looks like a postcard. Highly recommend.

I will absolutely say that this was probably my favorite part of our trip. I can't remember the name of our carriage handler for the life of me, but he was the BEST! He has been with the company for 39 years he said, and he was so much fun! Taught us so much, and had a great sense of humor! If you feel that the cost is a bit high for a carriage ride, I promise you it's worth it!

Great ride! Henry took great pictures and gave us some history but also allowed us to enjoy the sites. Mary was our horse and she was beautiful!! It was rainy and gray but Henry and Mary made it a wonderful ride. Also-driver was at pick up point (which NYC Horse Carriage rides makes easy to find with very detailed instructions and a phone number to contact). Mary looked comfortable and healthy. Our experience was a positive one and we recommend this company!!

We had THE BEST TIME! We took a carriage ride through Central Park just before Christmas. We learned a lot and were very entertained. My only suggestion is maybe offering hot chocolate when it is so cold.

Our driver was very knowledgeable and friendly he stopped at all of the places for photo opportunities and was taking the photos of us whenever we requested, they also supplied a blanket so we didn't get cold.

I would consider this ride to have been one of the coolest highlights of our trip to NYC. Our driver (Tommy) had a lot of knowledge and was very kind and considerate. The company was prompt and easily located exactly where they said they would be. We also had a separate carriage containing our young adult/teenage kids and they loved it also! Central Park is so big and is such a beautiful park of the city, this is certainly a great way to see it.

The only horse carriage you should book with. The best in New York. They took care of my parents and they said they had a really great time, driver looked after them well. True to all services mentioned (1 hour ride, knowledgeable, great and kind driver, and offers to take a lot of pictures etc) . The best of NYC. Thank you for taking care of my parents.

Had a amazing time on our tour. The tour guide was amazing (ask for Alessandra) she was very knowledgeable and great personality. Everyone made me feel like a made the right decision on choose them to do my proposal. They all was in on it and came out to be a very special surprise for my fiancé. They even spoke to code so we was on the same page. The photographer did amazing job on blending in with the crowd which made our experience more fantastic. Such a delightful experience! Thought it may be extremely cheesy but it was thoroughly enjoyable! The driver was extremely knowledgeable about NYC and shared information throughout the ride. While it was very cold, they offered free warm, insulated blankets. Did the 5pm tour in December--so lovely!
