Easy booking experience and directions meant it was no problem to find our pick up point. We loved the experience especially our girls. Lady Liberty was a gorgeous horse - so gentle and happy to be petted. You could tell she was really looked after too. The guide knew loads about the park and took pride in his work. Would recommend.

I totally recommend using this company. They were very professional, met and exceeded our expectations! The coach drivers were entertaining and diligent with all. There were some weather issues, but we were kept well informed, and the schedule was adjusted accordingly. There were 2 coaches involved since it was also a wedding proposal so there was more than just a ride involved but all was handled in an exceptional manner and turned out beautiful with the other professionals - music, photographer and videographer involved. Would use them again!

Ms. Christine and "King" were great! Ms. Christine stopped the carriage ride to take great photographs for us. Ms. Christine gave some insight knowledge of the various buildings during our tour. Ms. Christine was professional, and courteous, she really enhanced our wonderful experience ❤️
We look forward to future rides this summer.

Absolutely amazing. We had traveled all the way from Scotland to spend time in NY before our cruise and I had booked this carriage ride before we left. I had researched all the carriage companies in NY and NYC always had great reviews and I'd read their history so felt comfortable booking them. They were very accommodating when I needed to change our booking time and gave us great information and directions of where and when to be at Central Park. Alexis was such a joy to have as our carriage driver. She was funny and articulate and very knowledgeable and had some great fun facts to share. The horse (I forgot her name, I am so sorry!) was a beautiful chestnut mare. She was well looked after and very much adored by Alexis. We stopped a few times to have photos taken by Alexis and weren't rushed when we wanted to take photos ourselves.
It was the highlight of our trip to Newyork for my husbands 50th. The weather had been terrible before and after but during our trip round central park the rain stayed away and we had a great morning being shown round.
I would highly recommend doing this and try and ask for Alexis to be your guide, it's well worth the sore faces from smiling

Great experience! Highly recommend this company. They allowed several opportunities to step out of the carriage and take photos during the ride. Driver was so kind and informative! There are a ton of carriages around Central Park - refer to the email for the specific street to find them!

Our driver was friendly. She shared interesting details about the history of the park and city. We did the 45 minute trip and it was just the right amount of time to see a large portion of the park while allowing time for other activities during a short weekend trip. King, our horse, was a pro and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Driver was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He was great with our young kids including letting them pretend to drive the carriage and letting them feed the horse some carrots. One thing that I think the company could make more clear is that when you get to the pickup spot, there may not be any carriages waiting for you and there is nobody from the company there to greet you. The carriages will show up on time but there is no reason to get there 30 minutes early like they say, as you will just sit around.

The carriage ride was excellent. Everything that the website said was available was there we had no problems finding our carriage or getting our reservation time filled. First time in New York City and this was a great start our family loved it. Our driver was amazing at giving information and was very friendly.

Our tour guide was amazing! My daughters and I loved this tour, and we loved the purple! It's my daughter's favorite color! We saw so many beautiful spots in Central Park, and even got to get off the carriage and take some photos at some spots. Thank you for making my daughters' New York City birthday trip so amazing!

We had an amazing time! The directions were very clear. It was so nice to know where to go and what to expect. Our carriage driver, Henry, was so wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the park, let the kids pet the horse, Lady Liberty, and was an incredible photographer! I just handed him my phone and he took some incredible photos. This was a highlight of our trip. I highly recommend NYC Horse Carriage Rides.
