It was great! The instructions were clear on where to go. We showed up a little early and she got us right away. I had my two kids with me and they were able to hold on to my stroller during the ride which I was worried about. She was great told us history and current information and answered all the questions we had. I always wanted to ride a horse carriage in Central Park and had no regrets. Thank you!

A fabulous house drawn carriage round central park with Henry our guide who found the perfect mix of information and privacy, was very very knowledgeable about the whole area and the pace of the ride was perfect, pulled by lady liberty who was obviously amazingly cared for when not working and had a wonderful temperament a really beautiful horse, would highly recommend anyone visiting Central Park to book with NYC Horse Carriage Rides .... Hassan was the absolute best driver! He was so kind and knowledgeable and gave us so many tips and pieces of info throughout the park. He recommended some great photos stops and took as many pictures as we wanted. Our horse, Mary, was beautiful, smart, and sweet and she and Hassan clearly have a lovely relationship. We were very happy with how well the horse was treated. It was a cold but enjoyable ride that we’d recommend!

Had a fantastic horse and carriage ride around Central Park with my family, we was told some facts about Central Park that we all found interesting, can’t remember our riders name but he was very friendly and welcoming, he also is fantastic at taking pictures, we all enjoyed ourselves and thank you to the rider and liberty the horse. Would highly recommend, also was a very reasonable price.

It took a fair bit of research online before our NYC trip to decide on NYC Horse Carriage rides and booking such a thing remotely with no personal knowledge or the knowledge of a friend or family member was hard. WE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE! Our drivers were very polite and accommodating! If they don't love their jobs, they sure do act like they do! That included our GORGEOUS horse Olaf. We saw many other horses out that cold day, but Olaf was BY FAR the best looking horse around. He looked very well cared for and had an amazing coat. He seemed like he had a tiny touch of NYC attitude which we loved! The drivers/guides (we had two because Olaf was in training) were very engaging and knowledgeable about the park. We requested extra blankets since we were coming from Florida and it was Feb 5 and 38 degrees and they had them ready for us. These guys are the real deal and if you book with anyone else, you're a fool. And request Olaf if he's available.
