Well… let me point out all of the positives first…
Driver was awesome. Personable, witty, knowledgeable, and respectful.
Ride was perfect, classy and just right.
Entire experience was awesome and good value.
Negative… which has nothing to do with the service or experience, we expected the city would have lit the park up for Christmas.

I've been to New York before but this was a sister trip with my younger sister. The NYC horse Carriage ride was the highlight of our trip. Our driver was knowledgeable and super sweet. She helped make the experience even better.

We had Tommy as our tour guide for the horse and carriage ride. Tommy was so kind, polite, well-mannered, and knowledgeable. He took my girlfriend and I for our tour and took the time to explain all of the details of Central Park, which we would not have known. Overall, he was incredible and should be commended for his hospitality and professionalism. Thank you, Tommy!!!

We had such a great time! I thought we would've seen more Christmas lights since we picked the holiday tour but it was still fun. Our driver Robert was very knowledgeable of the park and surrounding areas.

Definitely recommend this company. The female driver was kind, knowledgeable and informative. It was late at 10:30 pm because it was the only available time fitting our schedule, and it was cold, but heavy blankets made our ride cozy. We felt safe and the lights and skyline viewed from Central Park were beautiful. If we have an opportunity in the future we will use them again for a daytime ride to take in more sites within The Park.

This was amazing. Our driver was the most awesome driver and so knowledgeable. I wish I could remember his name cause I would ask for him in June when I come back. And the price was so reasonable. I will only use this company in the future

Really enjoyed our experience. Our driver was very friendly and shared interesting facts about Central Park.
We added on the No Worries Services photography package, and if you're looking into this, don't do it. The photos were an additional $160 through an outside service the carriage providers use. No Worries we site looks like they take nice photos. Our photos were horrible. No editing was done, it was point and click photography. The lighting he had was awful. These photos were suppose to be for Christmas cards, and I didn't like any of them. The carriage driver took a better photo with our phones than the photographer did, which I'm thankful for.
I would recommend the carriage ride, skip adding the photography package!

This carriage ride was one of the most memorable experiences I have had in my life! Rashit (and Cooper the horse, of course) were amazing! He was not only a friendly guide, but also knowledgeable and funny! If you are able to request Rashit as your guide/driver, definitely worth it!
It was a beautiful December night (lucked out on weather!) and it was just as magical as I had hoped since I was a little girl!.
NYC Horse Carriage Rides lives up to their reputation. I wouldn't go with any other service.

Recently during a short trip into the city, we had booked through this company and were so excited to take a holiday tour throughout central park. The day of, some unforeseen circumstances caused us to need to either shorten our trip length or cancel all together. They were very friendly and promptly provided us a total refund, no questions asked. They were also helpful with all questions we had during the booking process! Highly recommend this company for reliability and excellent customer service!!!!!!

Had an amazing time on our carriage ride through Central Park this past Saturday 12/9/23. Our tour guide was amazing. Can't remember her name but she wore a hat with a red feather. She was extremely knowledgeable!
My only complaint would be wish someone was at the meeting point to check people in and line us up for when buggy got there to pick us up. When Buggy's got back people would run up to the driver and check their party in but my party was standing there way before that party has arrived. You kinda have to be aggressive to get up to the buggy to get your party checked in if quite a few people were waiting. It was Christmas season so the carriage rides are extremely busy.
Still gave 5 Star for the experience we had on our ride and with the tour guide. Would definitely book a ride in the future!

We four totally enjoyed our carriage ride with you! You did a Perfect job of explaining exactly where to go and how to find you once we arrived. When we got near our destination we were attacked by others trying to divert us to their carriages, but we were able to find you and our driver was awesome and friendly and full of lots of details about the are that we enjoyed very much!

Good. There was one driver in our group who had amazing photo skills he was from turkey. I wish we had him his photo taking abilities earned him a bigger tip. All in all. It was great. Professional. And informative.

We loved the ride through Central Park. I had to change the reservation a couple times due to plans and weather. They responded quickly via text and were very accommodating. Tommy, our driver, was awesome! Highly recommend these guys!

We had a great ride! Our driver was knowledgeable, sharing points of interest along the way, while also letting us have time to ourselves. He introduced us to the horse, Handsome Jack, and allowed us to pet him before our ride. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this company to others.

Our coachman was awesome! He was extremely nice, funny and knowledgeable of the surroundings that he drove us through. Our horse was beautiful and sweet. Would definitely recommend this company for a carriage ride.

My mom and I traveled with Christina and Oreo!! Both were great!! Christina gave us history on Central Park and popular attractions, as well as snapped a couple photos for us. We got to feed Oreo carrots at the end, which he loved and ask a couple questions about him.
Highly recommend this company, they were great at communication and things to expect, as well as sending reminders about our time slot. Thank you for a great evening!
