We enjoyed our ride through the park! The staff was awesome and offered to take pictures. They provided information through out the tour and were personable! My kids also got to feed to horse a carrot at the end of the ride! It was a great experience!

Would absolutely do this again!! We had a great time and Tommy, our driver, was amazing!! He took out picture at the stops and gave lots of fun information!

Our horse and carriage ride was amazing. My grandchildren enjoyed it so much and they're still smiling about their experience. Jacks was a great tour guide and he showed us everything. The kids loved Sam the horse and loved feeding him too! Over all we had a great experience. Thanks so much!

It was a lovely, gentle trip through Central Park after the hustle and bustle of the City. Our driver, Henry, told us lots of great information about the Park which made the trip more enjoyable and we had a couple of stops along the way for photos. Lucky Sam was the name of our horse, what a beauty! Compliments to all involved with this company as they responded to all communications prior to our arrival in New York and also whilst here. They also provided lots of detailed instructions as to where they could be found. They had to reschedule our trip because of bad weather on the day we had originally booked for but, again, provided instant confirmation of new date and time, very professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend it.

My daughters and I had the best time on our carriage ride! Our driver was very knowledgeable of Central Park and showed us places where movies were filmed. He took our pictures at various places. We were there the weekend of the flood and the company was prompt in texting me to let me know all rides for Friday were cancelled. We were able to reschedule for the next day very easily. Very professional company and we would book with them again.

Rob exceeded my expectations when my boyfriend and I did this horse carriage ride. It was interesting to know all the different facts and movies shot in central park and new York. He was super friendly, helpful and insightful. Would do it again for Christmas!

Robert, our carriage driver was amazing. He was kind, thoughtful and very entertaining. He shared the history of the area, stopped for photo ops and showed us several movie locations. He was very loving with his horse Aurora and seemed to take very good care of her. After the trip, we fed her carrots which my daughter’s enjoyed. We would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting New York!

This was a really great way to see Central Park and learn about the history of the place.
We've cycled and walked round the park before but on this occasion were with friends whose mobility wasn't as good as ours so used the carriage ride as a way to see the park. It was even better than we expected.
Christina, who was our carriage driver shared so much local knowledge and history it really brought the experience alive. We managed to see even more parts of the park than any other visit.
We chose the longer ride with a stop off for photos. Great value for money and would definitely recommend it.

Took the VIP tour. Very comprehensive. Saw most of the park. Lots of info provided by our guide/driver Alexis. If any of your party is unable to walk very well, this is a great way to visit the park.

We had such a great time on our VIP carriage ride through the park. Our driver was fantastic, super nice and informative. He shared points of interest as well as took our photo at multiple stops. Easy to find and the communication after booking online was fantastic. Thank you for a great memory.

There was a small mix up with our ride and some else got our carriage, but NYC Horse Carriage called me right away and fixed the problem. Very professional and kind. They said they would send us Robert.
Robert was a great driver with lots of knowledge about Central Park and Down Town. He was very kind and super nice guy. It was worth the wait to get Robert for the ride.
Was really cool to see where they filmed Home Alone 2, and see the hotel and where the "Bird Lady" was.
We definitely recommend NYC Horse carriage rides. And if you can get Robert, I would request him for the driver.
We will be back soon!!!

This was the sleeper hit of our trip to NYC for sure! It was POURING down rain but our driver took excellent care of us and the carriage it self was covered and dry. All the horses with this company were in excellent condition and clearly well cared for. The tour was fun and informative- we all learned so much! Would definitely recommend this experience and this company to anyone visiting that wants a fun and easy way to see lots of Central Park!
