We had a very good experience with the company. Our driver (if I remember correctly, it was Troy?) was a very nice gentleman. He showed us around the park providing information about the spots of interest and took some of the great pictures for us. We never felt rushed at any time. Overall, we had a great experience. Thanks to the company and our driver for providing this wonderful experience to cherish for a lifetime.

Wonderful experience! Our carriage driver was very informative and entertaining, explaining what we were seeing as we drove by. She stopped several times so we could take pictures and even took pictures of us! A big thank you to King, our horse for taking us around beautiful Central Park. I highly recommend this family owned company. We will definitely use them again if we ever get back to NYC.

Absolutely the best company to select for many reasons: 1) reservations accepted so you avoid all the hawkers in the park; 2) carriages are well maintained and clean compared to others in Central Park; 3) management is helpful over the phone; 4) coachmen are knowledgeable about the highlights and special places in the park and stop for pictures; 5) Management is helpful over the phone; 6) coachmen wear charming outfits that fit the era of carriage riding.

We scheduled this ride online and we had amazing communication through email with directions and specific information. The guide we were blessed to have was Tommy and Lady Liberty was our horse! The tour was pleasant and full of New York City and Central Park history! We had photo stops and a chance to feed Lady Liberty! Highly recommend this tour! Thank you Tommy & Lady Liberty for a memory that will last a lifetime!

My family and I really enjoyed our horse carriage ride in Central Park. The guide was friendly and shared interesting facts along our route, she let everyone feed the horse carrots and she also went above and beyond by offering to take family photos during one of our stops. We enjoyed our time in this Carriage Ride so I definitely recommend this company based on my experience.

An excellent experience! What would have made it even better was if the driver hadn't been wearing a mask. It was nearly impossible to hear his remarks over the hoofbeats and city noise. I would highly recommend this tour, though!

Easy & comfortable way to see all the highlights of Central Park. We stayed at Park Lane Hotel on Central Park South so the carriages were just across the street. Prior to our ride, they communicated well and gave clear directions on how to find them (amongst other carriage companies). We got to pick our carriage which was comfortable, the driver was knowledgeable & entertaining, plus he was experienced at getting good group photos. They provided a stool that we requested which made our stops easy. Loved watching the musicians at Strawberry Fields. Glad we booked the 1 hr VIP tour. Worth it!

We had the pleasure of taking one of NYC Horse Carriage Rides yesterday with the amazing Alexia as a driver. The whole experience was truly first class and if you are ever in NYC I would strongly recommend using NYC Horse Carriage Rides for a trip through Central Park. Worth every cent. Alexia could not of been more knowledgeable or helpful. It was a joy.

It's a carriage ride tour of Central Park. If you've never taken a carriage ride, YOU MUST!!! The tour guides are outgoing, the horses are friendly and gorgeous, the scenery is more enjoyable when someone ELSE is watching where you're going. You get to look around, enjoy the outdoors, watch the birds, squirrels, dog walkers, and even a street musician or two.

What a wonderful experience! Even though Spring had not quite Sprung and the weather was still a bit cool; the ride through the park was amazing! Our guide was very personable and gave us a complete history and back stories on everything we saw! Plus, she had a big warm blanket for us to snuggle under and keep us warm while enjoying the ride. Even our work horse was a sweetie!

I arranged this event for my cousin and myself while recently visiting New York City. We toured Central Park with several nice stops for photos which the drivers so kindly took for us. He also provided us with information about the park. It was a peaceful and most enjoyable late afternoon activity which ended with a drop off per our request at Tavern on the Green where we enjoyed the rest of our evening with cocktails and dinner. I made reservations in advance. The driver and carriage were easy to locate . I feel the value was appropriate.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience. My driver, Tony, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He clearly loves his horse, Happy Jack. As a horse owner, many are concerned about the carriage horses, but I saw them being fed and cared for. The ride was also super comfortable. I would do this again in a heartbeat!
