They were prompt, professional, very helpful, and friendly. I recently moved to the Detroit metro area and they treated me like a long time customer. I own two Trek bicycles and will bring them here anytime they need anything. They went above and beyond. I had converted a gravel-road hybrid bike to use with Zwift and in my deconversion and move, I lost a key part. They had a spare and used it to bring my bike to an excellent working condition. Turns out, I found the part and brought it for the to replenish their spares.
