Marc is the best trainer I’ve ever had. Not only is he in fantastic shape with an extraordinary amount of physiology knowledge, but he’s also an incredible motivator and champion of his clients. Marc is a great listener, who works with you within your lifestyle needs - he’s not expecting you to eat egg whites and boiled chicken and do 3 hours of workouts a day unless that’s also what you want, but he’ll keep you accountable to your goals. Marc keeps his clients for life and becomes a true friend to each.

When I first met Marc I was so out of shape even climbing up the stairs felt like a warm up. I was embarrassed but Marc never made me feel that way. That’s one thing I honestly appreciate about Marc, his positive and supportive mentality and how he motivated me to get into shape. He told me straight up, “Are you happy and content with spending your time laying on the couch and being out of shape? Because if you are, if that’s the life you want then that’s fine. But if you want then you can’t be hard on yourself, the journey will be tough enough moving forward without you pushing yourself down, but don’t worry I’m here to support you and get that life you truly want and deserve.” I know he is genuinely concerned about my well-being and is on this journey with me to help me achieve my goals.

Marc is a great trainer and an even better person. He is attentive but also extremely knowledgeable. Before coming to him I had tried many things, Insanity, being a gym bunny, signing up to different classes but none of them truly worked. I’d usually get demotivated with the lack of results. He figured out I get bored easily and pushed me with so many different types of workouts that were mentally and physically challenging (Turkish Getup i'm looking at you!!). He even encouraged me to make a playlist of tracks that we could blast on the speakers to help keep me going. But most importantly he made me understand that no matter what I did in the gym if I didn’t follow through outside with proper sleep, diet but also listening to my body when it needed to rest then I would never see results. I have yet to find a better trainer and I absolutely don't want to, my results are incredible and I'm truly grateful.

Marc is such a fantastic trainer! I’ve been working with him since January 2020 and have seen great improvement in my overall strength and muscle definition, specifically targeting improved core strength. Marc is motivating, but doesn’t yell commands — he knows just hard you can push yourself, and gives you the confidence to get there. Marc’s knowledge and skill means no two workouts are ever the same, he’s incredibly reliable, and makes even a 6am workout fun.

I highly recommend Marc to be your personal trainer. He is motivating, personable and professional. I started working with Marc when I was pregnant. He motivated me to workout throughout my pregnancy which made for a speedy delivery and I continue training with him today. From working with kettle/dumb bells, ropes to balance exercises, he taught me the importance of combining strength training with cardio as I get older. I also learned how to foam roll to help my sore muscles He has a ton of experience and teaches other trainers regularly. Anyone will enjoy working out with him and his personality. He makes working out fun and I know you will be happy training with him.

When I started my fitness level was at negative 0. I've gained the confidence to perform exercises that I never thought possible. I can now lift heavier weights in proper form without the fear of hurting myself. The gym is not overcrowded so you're not competing for space or equipment. I am definitely stronger, am having a great experience, and highly recommend All Level Fitness.
