I’m visiting from the U.S. and my boyfriend back home is a store manager at a Trek store, so I wanted to surprise him some special gifts that said with “Trek Barcelona”. The sales guys told me they didn’t have anything (yet - coming soon!), but they made sure I didn’t leave the store upset and empty handed. They went above and beyond to make sure I had some cool gifts that I could bring home and feel excited about. Trek stores are known for their exceptional hospitality and willingness to bend over backwards for their customers, and Trek Barcelona Centre did exactly that. They truly care about what they do and how they make customers feel.

Perfect Service and Support.
my girlfriend and I came to the Trek Store to look for same Brake Pad Spacers. We travelled from Germany to Barcelona by Bike and forgot the Spacers at home. We needed some for our upcoming Train Ride. The friendly worker from Trek gave us the Spacers for free. Awesome !
