6 stars! Best bike service ever experienced. While on my bikepack trip my shifter broke. They investigated and cleaned it carefully and called several shops for a new shifter (since there was nothing in stock). All of sudden the problem seemed solved (the next day though) and the same very kind and handy mechanician adjusted chain and derailleur: he saved my trip! Didnt want to receive a payment. Just awesome and a great example to all bike stores worldwide.
