Just saw the Shop from the street and wanted to have a look on the last things releases, the shop is beautiful. I’m also a huge user of the little bontrager lights, one of mines had the elastic that broke, I asked for a new one to buy, and they gave it to me for free, what a service Thank you so much ! I’m visiting from the U.S. and my boyfriend back home is a store manager at a Trek store, so I wanted to surprise him some special gifts that said with “Trek Barcelona”. The sales guys told me they didn’t have anything (yet - coming soon!), but they made sure I didn’t leave the store upset and empty handed. They went above and beyond to make sure I had some cool gifts that I could bring home and feel excited about. Trek stores are known for their exceptional hospitality and willingness to bend over backwards for their customers, and Trek Barcelona Centre did exactly that. They truly care about what they do and how they make customers feel.
